Worse Dunkin ever. Went inside today to get donuts because the drive-thru line was to the road. After 5 minutes waiting with NOBODY else inside I left. At least 2 of the 3 male employees made eye contact with me SEVERAL time but did not acknowledge or speak to me in any manner whatever. I finally said ” So it’s like that is it, I will NEVER be back to the Dunkin” and left. I WILL NEVER return to this location!

Good evening Family. I visited first time on the way to a job opportunity. I bought medium hot chocolate, hash browns and bacon. Everything was good and the staff was super nice and they smiled. They looked like they were having a good time. A good experience. I would return. Have a good night, workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous.

Not my donuts from years ago.
Boston cream had littery a dot of cream. Donuts were half stale in the afternoon. Munchkins glazed chocolate were bite size.

This morning my breakfast was sub-par. I ordered via my mobile device which I typically do but today when I asked for a “toasted” breakfast sandwich I received a lukewarm chewy bagel with bits of eggshells. The cheese didn’t melt completely either.

Very annoyed at my experience here, ordered 2 items and it took them 12 minutes to get my order after having to retell them my order and then after I finally got the food we had something missing and had to go back to get it. It’s like everytime I’ve came here recently they mess up atleast 1 thing on my order. Will not be returning.

I just had a experience that would anger most workers/workaholics, I ordered a coffee with three espresso shots and waited and watched the espresso brew, as it was finishing up the drive through person handed me a coffee that had my order tag and the other workers reminded him that there’s espresso in that cup and then he turned around and confirm that there’s espresso in my cup. I asked you to workers if there was espresso in my cup and they nodded yes. I picked it up and smelled it and asked again they said yes.
The manager was nice enough to make the coffee himself as I watched and it was made with actual espresso, after picking up the coffee and smelling it I told the manager this is how it’s supposed to smell.

The last 3 times I have gotten coffee beverages at this location they didn’t taste right – really weak. Today was the last straw – ordered iced coffee black – it was lighter in color than normal – I asked if it was iced tea. When I tasted it, it was so watered down and had almost no coffee taste. I have only had this issue at this location.

I walked in with only 1 customer already being helped, I ordered 2 50 count munchkins on the kiosk. Waited and noticed 5 people walked in AFTER my order was final and I was waiting and no workers started getting my order together, even tho they were literally just standing there talking. All 5 customers after me got their stuff so I finally asked who was getting my order and they all just looked at each other like I was speaking a foreign language. Finally one of the workers said “fine, I’ll do it” if I didn’t need the munchkins for a holiday party I was helping with I was def going to ask for a refund and go somewhere else. This isn’t the first time this happened to me, I will def go to a different DD for now on even tho this is the closest to my house and job!!! Wish I could leave now stars for service
