This location is stunning! From the moment I walked in, I was wowed by the decor and ambiance; the vibe is classy yet welcoming, making it a great spot for any occasion.
The service perfectly matched the atmosphere, as the staff were both friendly and helpful.
Of course, the highlight was the food. As a big fan of Hanoi-style phở, I can say that TT does it right: the noodles are silky, the broth is clear and flavorful, and the meat is incredibly fresh. I also really enjoyed the imperial rolls, fresh spring rolls, and bánh mì. And let’s not forget the drinks, the cà phê sữa đá (Vietnamese iced coffee) is wonderfully strong and delicious.

Their pho ga is exactly like the original location which they are famously known for! Absolutely love the interior decor, it gives an elevated dining experience. We tried their other menu items and specifically enjoyed no 7. Phở Bò Xào (rice noodle, beef, celery,carrots, onions & leeks)! Give it a try! Already wanting to come back for more 🙂

Great spot to eat, especially late night after a few drinks! Love Turtle Tower! I usually get the Dac Biet. The bowls are HUGE. Cocktails are delicious. The service is always on point. Turtle Tower in the Marina is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location! The food is incredibly delicious and the service was truly top-notch. Everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared.
I especially love the chicken pho—it’s rich, comforting, and full of flavor. The spring rolls and imperial rolls are also a must-order. Every bite was amazing!

Beautiful scenery and fabulous service! You can taste the effort put into the broth and spring rolls! They’re super clean and super efficient which is something I value a lot in a restaurant! An experience that I would love to repeat! Definitely recommend it!

This spot is fire!!!! We were so fortunate to be able to swing by Turtle Tower Marina during the soft opening to get my PHO GA (Chicken noodle) FIX. We also had the egg rolls and papaya salad. The food was great! The portions were large, soup the right temperature for this winter season, and the appetizers kept me wanting me. Their salted Viet Coffee will give you that jolt of energy to keep you going in the Marina district. The ambiance and atmosphere is super chic and modern…makes me feel 20 years younger ! I’m going to keep coming back for the good food and the good vibes

The Pham Family, after making a triumphant return to the Financial District, has opened another NEW LOCATION in the Marina!! Now those of us on the north and west side of San Francisco are blessed and graced with access to THE BEST and MOST DELICIOUS northern style pho in the world (outside of maybe only Vietnam itself).
This brand new location has a very modern, upscale interior that is chic enough for a casual date night, but also perfectly family friendly at the same time. I was lucky enough to go to the grand opening and the the new location is simply stunning.
The food is A+ as always, the service is on point, and they even have a dedicated bar at the front to get cocktails or kill time while you wait for your table.
This is such a massive addition to the Marina and to pho lovers around SF. Thank you Pham Family for all the love, warmth, and deliciousness you provide SF and our community. Cheers to continued success!
