I do not recommend this location. Look at my chow mein! Uncooked…it was discolored, hard, and stuck together! I’m so mad. Not edible. The beef on the beef broccoli was mushy and tasted awkward. The texture was off. $23 in the trash because my son also got a 2 item tray. I hope my son doesn’t get sick from eating it. He was hungry. This was our dinner. I live 20 minutes away to go back with this traffic for a refund or replacement. No wonder this place has only ⭐⭐⭐. Don’t waste your time or .

The customer service made it seem like they were closing when they closed in an hour. I got a bowl and there’s maybe a cup of rice and half a cup of chicken, the bowl is half full, after I also waited 8-10min for the rice to be cooked because there were barely any products out an hour to closing. We just went to this location. I even call ahead and they said they had the eggplant & tofu. When I got there to order the lady said it would be a long wait to have it. We are very upset. Wasted out time coming here without having it ready for the customer. Very bad customer service. We have been coming here many time & we will not be coming back.

My orange chicken was prepared way too crispy. They had not much portion available. I had to way extra 6 minutes for my order to just be made. Sorry but not sorry

I would like to say most of the staff members in this location are awesome. The ladies that work here are great, super friendly. The reason for my one star is because after so many years of coming to this restaurant today I came across an employee named Richard, I asked for a plate with steam rice And double teriyaki chicken. This employee barely put a couple of pieces in there, I waited and asked the cashier if she could please let him know that this is not the amount of chicken that I get every single time I come here which is about every day.
Richard told her he needs to pay more money if he wants more chicken I felt disrespected by him because I knew the amount of chicken he put in there was not enough. I told him I’ve been coming to this location for so many years, and This is the first time I come across you And you remain so determined to charge me extra money instead of just giving me a couple more pieces, well not only did they lose a customer, but it’s not fair that this employee named Richard has authority to make these decisions and not provide any kind of customer satisfaction.
There are other panda express in the area that are great about treating their customers with respect and fairly I will never step foot in this location again.

This is my current favorite spot to get a quick and tasty meal whenever I’m not in the mood to cook. I love that they brought back the Beyond Orange Chicken, and they improved the recipe so much since the last time I tried it! They do cook it to order at this location, so be prepared to wait about 10 minutes or so if you plan to order that. Overall, love it here!
