Stopped to change the baby and went in for coffee. The 2 ladies working were so kind, definitely put a smile on your face, and made me the best coffee! It has been a very very long time since I have had a store bought coffee that good! If I lived close I would be there every day it was so good!!! Store was nice and cool too considering the warm weather yesterday.

This place has bottomed out. Service is awful. I used to drive through daily. Food was fresh, hot and fast. Whole new crew now. They think a toasted bagel means warm it up. Coffee isn’t great. AND EVERYTHING IS SO SLOOOOWWW!! Holy smoke this place is slow. I finally gave up and walked out with nothing.

Went to the drive thru, on the way to a funeral, the wait in line was a bit excessive and when ordering we had to order twice because either he could not hear or he thought he heard something else than what we ordered. When we finally got to the window, we had to wait as though the order had not started until we reached the window. We ordered four wraps and received 2 wraps and a breakfast sandwich, which was not ordered. He wanted us to go back around, and he would correct the order, but we had spent more time than anticipated, so we just left in order to make the funeral.

Why did they bother to renovate? I see no purpose. Website says open til 7pm. At 6:38 all lights are on inside and out and 2 workers are sitting at tables on their phones. Automatic message says we are closed when you get to the drive thru. ♀️ ♀️

Went to this DD for the first time. Ordered a hot French Vanilla cappuccino and was told they do not sell hot cappuccinos! They were very rude when I mentioned it’s on the menu. The staff said that they only sell cold cappuccinos. How does this happen? This location is definitely losing money.

Rude staff, high turnover, the girl rung up my order and when I went to pay she told me the machine was down and cash only. They need new management. Stop treating people like trash that are loyal customers. If you don’t like your job that’s not my problem. You should have given me my order. Definitely calling corporate.

I work right near this Dunkin so I pop over for lunch some days. They always make awesome breakfast sandwiches. Had to leave a five star review for the staff in there doing good work even when there’s a long line. I appreciate it!
