Asked for a hot latte, was served an ice latte, told the guy that I asked for hot, he took my drink back and tried to heat it up using the steamer instead of giving me what I ordered. I guess he didn’t want to eat up the cost of his mistake.

Came here once and had a very pleasant experience. The service was good, I had gotten a Gatorade and my boyfriend ordered a coffee which we had ended up getting free due to the Eagles winning. Would definitely come back again. Go Birds!

My to go place when in Media. Clean, not to crowded. Paresh is always in point with our order and know what we want when not ordering with the App. They have a lot of parking spot but limited seating about 10 seats.

I have been going to this DD for almost 6 years on and off but today was different. I ordered a green tea and the tea I had did not look as such so I asked. So they all look at me and the manage I think proceeded to say we did not have any but it was not clear so I asked “you said you guys were out?” The woman who is always there than turns around and say in an attitude “ we do not have green tea that’s why we gave you black tea” my reaction was shocked working in customer service this not the was to handle the situation tour job is to accommodate me because you did not have what I order. I am not happy with this Dunkin’ and I pass 3 on my way to work. You will no longer receive my business ever!
