Went this morning at 5:45 a.m.& had to go through the drive thru. I ordered donuts & 2 sesame bagels w/cream cheese toasted. Well the donuts were the day old ones & did not have a choice of donuts since doors are not open & the bagels were burnt. Will not go to this location ever again. I will travel to the Dunkin located in Croydon from now on.

I hate that this is the closest dunkin to my house. The night crew is fantastic but the morning/afternoon crew steal from you. Every once in awhile when I’m lazy. When you get up to the window you get one price. If you ask about it you get a second price that’s lower. Added it up in my head and on the phone app and I’m still getting charged extra for stuff I don’t want and won’t receive.

I gave this place another shot after the grand reopening and fresh coat of paint slapped on the outside.. It’s the same place minus the dirty mittens lady finger blasting your food and coffee cup. The Boston cream donut I ordered on a Saturday morning with my coffee was as hard as Chinese algebra and inedible.. I feel sorry for the ground hog or raccoon that probably got it on the side of Newportville road.. My black Coffee wasn’t bad, but it definitely wasn’t the dark roast I ordered.. Try harder guys..

i hope this place never opens back up again. they constantly steal from people and get away with it. just found out they don’t even have decaf coffee when ive been ordering it and having constant anxiety bc im super sensitive AND PREGNANT. honestly this place should be held accountable for all the money they have stolen. and just to be clear it is not the night shift. it’s the morning shift especially the lady who wears glasses & takes payment. charged me 15 dollars for an 8 dollar order.
