First time ordering from here in over a year due to a 2 hour delivery from half a mile away.
This time everything was great. Food was hot and exactly what I ordered.

I’ve been a regular customer and usually love ordering from your place, but I’m really disappointed with the service I received today.
I placed an order through the mobile app for a thin crust pizza with no oregano, and even mentioned it again in person at the store — specifically emphasizing that it was for my pregnant wife and to please ensure no oregano was added.
Unfortunately, the pizza still had oregano. When I brought it up, the staff member did not acknowledge the mistake and instead defensively asked if I wanted another one. I agreed, but the second pizza was also missing a topping jalapeno entirely.
This kind of carelessness, especially when the order details were clearly communicated twice and had health-related importance, is really frustrating. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better attention to detail in the future.

🙂 hello, the service was good, pizza was pretty good but I thought everything in Texas is supposed to be big. The wings are the smallest wings I have ever seen in my entire life! And if I can remember correctly because I ordered a couple of weekends ago but I think the wings were part of the 6.99 deal but then when you go to check out they bump the price up to $8.99. Definitely not worth it. What is up with that??!!

The staff here are extremely careless and lazy. I received the wrong order not once, but twice. Even after explaining clearly, they messed it up again. On the third attempt, instead of apologizing, they started arguing with me. This is the worst service I have experienced at Domino’s, and it shows how unprofessional this location is

This location needs decent staffing: there are never enough people to keep up with the orders, whether walk-in or other. The current staff also needs to be able to not undercook or overcook the pizzas—i don’t know about their other products. Too many times I’ve ordered from here and I’ve had to call the store, or corporate, for a refund. Also, parking is bad to the point where you can get into an accident right at the entrance—but that’s poor commercial planning.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered some delivery pizza for my elementary students pizza party. We ordered 3 pizzas. One of them had long black hair in it. I called the store, and the girl said nobody was here at the time my pics was made with long back hair. They also don’t wear hair nets for some reason. I said black hair, dark brown, it’s someone’s hair that made the pizza and it certainly isn’t mine or my students. So they remade the pizza and delivered it. We’d already thrown away the first and and are the other 2 pizzas, so I took the remade pizza home. Went to heat it up, and it has hair in it again!! I’m going up to the store and requesting a refund. I have no idea why 2 pizzas in a row have hair in them… I’m wondering if the remade pizza had hair deliberately baked in it… They earned this one star because it was delivered at the time I requested. The warm pizza was that 1st pizza, the cold pizza is the remade pizza, the next day.

The pictures I attached is literally raw pizza that I just got. This dominos is the worst dominos/pizza place Ive ever been. Don’t even try to say sorry. I’ve been coming to this dominos for the last year and I can for sure say, you guys have messed up every order I have ever ordered. That literally includes a basic cheese pizza. Save your money and go somewhere better like zalat pizza. If you still love dominos, I recommend the Webb chapel location. They have never messed up any order.

Terrible managers & employees!!! I couldn’t even get my food because they said I put the wrong address I didn’t put the wrong address !! I tracked my order that’s how ik I put the right address kept telling me what name and address they took it to some where that’s not even close to me !!!!! And said she couldn’t help me nomo but reversed my payment!! I got kids to feed I had proof of me ordering the right place and still wouldn’t help me ?! I’m a manager myself and would help out anybody who have proof , never coming there again . Also had the lil car on my street from the tracker which was crazier I wait a 1hr

Definitely not getting pizza from here anymore. Used to be so good. It’s made without any care. No care of anything. Called about delivery and ended up with a nice delivery guy. Food is definitely what I’m complaining about. Give the driver the money I used to purchase this. Whoever is in charge is running it under. I can tell by what I received. Well I had to eat. Can’t let it go to waste. Smh
