I don’t like writing bad reviews, but this Dunkin location put a bad taste in my mouth, literally. The drive thru was extremely slow, outrageous prices (over $6 for a med iced macchiato?!) and it tasted absolutely terrible. I’m certain they used regular coffee and didn’t even put espresso in it. If you’re going to charge a ridiculous price, at least make it taste good.

Enough, is Enough. 95 % of the time they got my order wrong. How can you get the coffee wrong ? It’s Coffee, Cream and Mocha swirl. Sausage, Egg and Cheese. There are 3-4 ingredients and there’s always one missing. It’s not like I don’t order it every Friday. IF You Dare to make a complain and ask them to correct your order, FORGET IT ! The older lady in the back will make you regret you ask. She is VERY RUDE and will yell at you in front of the other costumers. The rest of the staff pretends they don’t see what’s going on. I am not one to write reviews BUT I had it ! One star is too much for this establishment.

Closest DD to me, but I’m going out of my way to a better store from now on. Place is always really dirty, parking lot full of longstanding potholes and never plowed after snow, building falling into disrepair, etc. Worse though, they never get your order right even when ordering ahead through the app. “less ice” equals a cup of ice with a drop of coffee 2/3 of the time. A few of the owners/operators are pleasant but most are usually very cranky. I came here because the location is convenient, prices and sugar-free syrups better than Starbucks, but it’s to the point where I question the safety of the food/drink if everything else is so neglected. All the other area DD’s are less convenient but way nicer and more clean.
