I came here because I’ve given up on the incompetent clowns on Elmira street, but this place is no better. It’s one step up from Elmira street because here you have a 50/50 chance of getting your order made correctly. The employees at Elmira street won’t even fill your order! They are on another planet over there. But literally every single time I order something online at Keystone there is an issue at pick-up. Usually they don’t have the item, but I believe they don’t want to actually make food items. They’d rather just pour coffee. Lazy. The person offered me a bagel, instead of the sandwich. I told them to toast it. I guess that is too much work because she didn’t bother to toast it. You have management that doesn’t make sure items are stocked, and/or employees that say they are out of the items.

Told them I wanted extremely light ice in my drink, they still gave me half a cup of ice in it, I told the girl at the window that it wasn’t light ice and she gives it back to whom ever is making drinks and I hear the girl at the window tell the person making drinks to scoop ice out but not to fill it up more so instead of me getting a Large I basically got a medium. As someone who also works in fast food, i don’t care how bad of a morning I’m having, I’m going to give the person what they paid for. I’ve been going there lately almost everyday after work since I work overnights, not anymore, not until they get better employees.

Placed mobile order, went to store waited 10 minutes inside and they put one of two drinks out, proceeded to wait another 15 minutes and nobody made the other drink they ignored the mobile for the drive thru, one staff member even was making comments about how we were “staring at them” instead of acknowledging us and asking what we were waiting on for about 20 minutes. it took over 30 minutes from when the order was placed to when it was received and on top of that they were out of multiple ingredients. So I was in the drive through and I ordered a mocha and when I saw “original hot coffee add 2 mocha” on the screen I said that I wanted a mocha again (I didn’t say it with a bad attitude or anything I thought she didn’t hear me) but after she insisted that I was getting a mocha I decided to just give up and go to the window. Lo and behold I don’t receive a mocha. Usually they get my order right but this is quite a bad mess up. I am kind of assuming that they don’t train their cashiers properly and maybe the espresso machine was down?

Wake up and smell the coffee? NOT wake up and wait forever while snotty teenagers stand around with 0 urgency. I’d be more sympathetic if my order was delayed due to being busy but no it’s sheer laziness! Management needs to really do a better job I understand this is a low paying position but you still have to work! It’s not hard kiddos if you can’t handle a job like this then you won’t be able to handle a full time professional job

I have given this place three chances and all three times it was the worst coffee I have ever been given and how dare you if you get a flavor in it because they have it so watered down you can’t even taste it. This is not just me I have brought three other people with me and they all complained about their coffee being terrible also. Also the staff is always on the rude side. Over a year’s time btw.

I ordered a maple bacon cheese croissant sandwich, two old fashioned donuts & one kreme delight donut. I get home & in my bag is a bagel with cream cheese, 1 old fashioned donut, 1 glazed donut & one powdered donut. I called to tell them my order was wrong and I wad told I could bring it back & they’d remake it. I just worked 13 hours& drove 35 minutes home…so no I’m not going back to get it remade.

Ordered avocado toast with bacon. Bacon was raw, bread was not toasted. Soggy bread with avocado and raw bacon on it is what I got. Not edible! They forgot my coffee. Then had to ask for cream. And it is dirty!

I’ve gone to this location countless times over the last few years and have had a few hiccups but nothing major. This time was totally different. I happened to come at a busy time and i absolutely understand having worked in the service industry. But after asking the older woman several times about my drink I was told “I’ll look into it” and then other people who ordered after me were being served. It took the cashier who appears to be new to come over and ask what I ordered after being ignored by everybody else. Again, I understand it was super busy but it’s no excuse for 0 customer service.

I already posted this review but had to come back and edit when I realized my food I ordered is absolutely ridiculous. 4 dollars for bacon avocado toast that comes with under toasted bread and one single slice of bacon.

In my opinion, this place was amazing! They were really busy, and didn’t have certain products, BUT their service made up for it completely. Although they didn’t have the dragon fruit refresher, they made up for it by telling me in such a sweet and kindest way possible that the didn’t have it. Then they also refunded me for it and gave me a small tea instead on the house! The place smelled amazing, parking lot extravagant, and service was given with excellentcy. Although they were severally busy, I still got my order within 5 minutes of being in there. The workers used many manners; such as thank you, good afternoon, how are you, how was your day, and overall made ME feel like a day one costumer and/or client. It did not cost hardly anything for three drinks and three donuts. Costing only $10.97. The service, yes once again, was beautiful, their decorations made me feel very welcome. Overall, they are getting a 10 stared rating in my book! Completely recommend. Keep the amazing work up y’all!!
