CHECK YOUR PIZZAS AT THE RESTAURANT BEFORE LEAVING. Ordered an ultimate supreme, a pepperoni/jalapeno, and cheese pizza. All three were badly made and lately the hand tossed crust is looking more like a thin crust. I called the manager asking if they can either remake the pizza or give me a refund. Manager made the pizza but when I picked it up you can tell there was a little bit of attitude from the staff. They need to stop making the hand tossed super thin like it’s a thin crust. Not sure if they need to retrain someone or do some quality checks.

Ordered online today around 11:15 to pick up at 12:15. Went in at 12:30 to pick up and one of my pizzas they did not have in stock so they wanted to sub it for something else and it would take 10 minutes longer. They had my email and my phone number! Extremely slow service. I ordered on DoorDash and I feel so bad for the driver. An hour they have to wait just for them to make 1 plain pizza what kind of place is this? Shutdown until you can get more workers and or additional locations. Nothing hot n ready about this place at all. I could have drove to the grocery store and back popped a frozen pizza in the oven and had it done faster, cheaper, and oddly enough more convenient.

Don’t bother ordering online/ ahead of time. Ordered multiple days in advance for a 11:30am pick up. Got to the store 15 mins late, and they hadn’t even started yet. Told me it would be another 30 minutes, making the order nearly an hour behind. What’s the point of ordering ahead if they’re not even going to attempt to have it done on time?

The cashier, a gentleman with a beard, has the most disgusting attitude towards people. The way he dismissed and mocked a young man seeking possible employment there was infuriating to witness. I was unamused with his terrible customer service skills after several people (myself included) were waiting on our online orders to be prepared. I can understand being busy, I can understand being frustrated with work, but I’ll never understand how people can treat the less fortunate or young with such disrespect. And to the cool young man seeking employment, you dodged a bullet. I’m sure dominos or a family owned pizza joint will be happy to have you join their team.

I haven’t been to a Little Cesar’s in many years, so we decided to try it. Walked in, did not have to wait long to place an order. 15 minutes later were driving home with our food. Very disappointed. One pizza was raw. The other looked to be cooked correctly. Sauce was nonexistent. It was bread and a little cheese and topping quantity was reasonable, however, the meats had no flavor. My husband said it was an expensive bland “grill cheese” sandwich. Bummer. Seems ALL pizza places forgot what pizza sauce is, have jacked the prices thru the roof and are not worth it.

Hire more people, ridiculous to wait an hour – exactly an hour, 7:20-8:20 to get 2 pizzas. I can make a pizza from scratch in that time.
I don’t blame the employees working, the pizzas came out solid and the restaurant was absolutely swamped with people.
But apparently the general manager was recently fired/arrested – so staffing issues and such are blatantly problematic. Just hire some more folk to toss dough, please.

The service and quality went down in the past couple years. Never any Hot & Ready and the place is filthy. I called in my order and they told me 15-20min. I get there ten minutes after my call. They tell me 8min. Half an hour later I told them I’m going to Pappa John’s. Suddenly my pizza was ready and they bring my order and got it wrong. It was a small upgrade but I told them I will only pay for what I ordered.

The lady with the blonde hair is soo rude and disrespectful I came in and it was 15 minutes from closing time but she was so blatantly disrespectful I walk in with a smile and I say hello she just ignored me I asked her how she was doing and she took my face just ignored me and just sat there and stared at me like I was stupid she was so rude she said that the ovens were all shut down and that what she had in the heating rack behind her was all she’s got she’s like it’s 12 minutes from closing time and you are in here she made me feel so insignificant and such a bother to her. I plan on going to her Superior as soon as possible. This used to be my favorite Little Caesars I will never come here again because of her

The food was great. The worker behind the register was great, awesome enthusiasm and very polite. But I ordered online and it said my order would be ready by 8:15pm. I got there at 8:14 pm and it wasn’t even close to ready. I had to wait 15 minutes longer until it was done. Which cost me $10 extra dollars for the Lyft driver I had waiting outside for me. Outside of the extra wait time that cost me extra for my ride… it was a good experience.
