Better experience here I had in awhile. I stopped going because the coffee was always burnt. Today 9 am my sandwich was awesome my coffee delicious but I damn near chipped a tooth on my hashbrowns. They were hard as a rock so I threw them out. This is why I never splurge on combos

Went in with my mom and sister because they can’t help but yearn for whatever crappy sugar water drinks they sell here, the woman who took the order was very rude and unhelpful to my mother who was very confused by all the crap they put in their drinks, and the loud noise of all the machines they have running at once drowning out people talking to the point that you can’t even hear yourself think doesn’t help. The order was expensive for only three items although I’m not sure if the donut was even included in the order or if the lady left that out of the order thanks to the loud ambient noise because we did not receive a receipt for our order. My mother and sister were dissatisfied by their drinks anyways. Also, today is my birthday and I asked if I could receive a birthday freebie and was told no even if I downloaded the app and gave this greedy corporation my data.

Decent selection of fresh donuts! Love how creative their Holiday and seasonal/specialty donut collections are!! It was rather busy.. however, the line moved really quickly and the store still looked tidy and organized. Staff was friendly and helpful. I most certainly will be back and will recommend this location!

We went in here looking to use the restroom and had decided to buy a drink first. It is the polite thing to do and I rarely go to Dunkin for coffee if I have another option.
The employee charged us for the coffee before letting us know that the bathroom was for employees only. This is a “takeout only” location, so I guess all they serve is attitude with a drink to go. They were rude and I was shocked that someone who is likely treated like a number in the corporate coffee world would treat someone else the same way.

I miss having a sit-down location, but understand that they are short-staffed and it’s a post-pandemic procedure for some places. Service depends on what time you go, whether it’s early morning, when no one else is ordering, mid-morning… Their “rush hour” or late afternoon before they close… Only drinks and donuts are available at that hour… Definitely not coffee and definitely no hot food as they have turned off the machinery for the night. Also, my advice is not to go in the late afternoon… Service will be fast but whoever gets stuck on that shift clearly hates it. Good coffee, non-dairy milk options, good flavorings, still love their hash browns, good bagel selection, avocado toast is good, staff will inform you if something can’t be customized, but I was even able to get myself a hot chocolate with non-dairy milk. The options for non-dairy milk are oat milk and almond milk … They seem to run out of oat milk the fastest, so if you really want it, get there before mid-morning. Good selection of gift cards and lots of special promotions throughout each month.
