Came in one weekday morning for a breakfast sandwich… The ladies working inside were friendly. The place definitely needed to be cleaned, I even saw a huge spiderweb between the trash can and a table it was next to. Two of the coffee dispensers were empty, including a regular coffee, which is what I wanted. Service was quick and they were quite busy. The food tasted decent. They just really need to work on better management to keep things clean and straight here.

The bagels were fine, everything else is severely lacking. Dining room closed, have to sit outside. No trash can outside. Ordered an iced coffee w/ cream and sugar. Have to mix it yourself. Dark roast coffee was empty. No knives available. How can a place where almost every order will require a knife have no knives? Will not return.

It’s literally the only bagel place in the area and I go here alot. The staff is usually younger kids with an attitude or older and mean. It’s an odd bunch and the service is lacking for what you’re paying. You’ll walk in and be greeted with off putting stares until you just blurt out your order. No, “hello” or “what can I get you?” Just frustrated stares.

The people are friendly and the food is good, but I’m about ready to be done with Brueggers because the prices have gotten insane. I got two bagels…nothing on them, not cut or toasted, no condiments. Just 2 bagels in a bag. COST JUST SHY OF $5. For two pieces of bread. Then they prompt for a tip!!!
