Shangri-La the past 10 years was drastically going downhill. We stopped coming. I was SO excited when I seen it opened up with new owners & a changed menu. 10/10 absolutely wonderful this place is clean, neat as a pin, the NICEST server ever food was great. You would think she knew you for 10 years just so sweet and kind: thanks Anastasia! I’d have to say best hibachi in York-Lancaster-Shrewsberry. The sushi 10/10… loved the roll we got. Prices are affordable. Lunch & dinner special available. Take out and dine in both available. When we walked in there was a lot of people here eating. I hope this place thrives please try it out!

My husband and I ate here this evening. The restaurant has a casual and relaxing atmosphere. My husband had the bento box for dinner along with sushi — spicy Kani roll, Boston and California rolls. We ate the sushi before I remembered to photograph it. I had wonton soup, egg rolls and Happy family. He wanted japanese and I wanted Chinese.Everything was extremely fresh and hot.
We loved our meals very tasty. Everything was extremely flavorful and dessert was fabulous. We had vanilla and green tea moochi. We will definitely be back!

This place is our go to and so delicious! I got kung pao chicken w/fried rice and my boyfriend got general tsos. I think they could tell my boyfriend was sick over the phone and gave us egg drop soup on the house that means so much and the soup was so good! Love this place!!!

My boyfriend and I decided to gp in and try the new Shangrila menu! I tried the thai tea and their sushi, the fish was fresh and tasty. The crazy roll especially is something you gotta try, it has mango in it and I think its so good. I also loved the thai tea. My boyfriend had general tsos and he said it was very good, tasted just like it used to. The service was amazing as well! Definitely come in and give this place a try:)

Great, Great, Great Experience. There were 14 of us for a 1:30pm reservation. Made the reservation as a courtesy to the restaurant. I do not believe reservations are a must,
We have had several items for take out and the food is always hot, fresh and flavorful.
Family came to visit and we decided to have lunch at the restaurant.
We were so happy with the experience on Saturday! Service was attentive. The atmosphere was comfortable. Everyone said the food was very good. We ordered a variety of items Beef, Chicken, Shrimp and sushi Items for dinner as well as several appetizers.
Tried a few new dishes and now I can’t wait to go back!

Great experience at new Shangrila! I like their new menu, especially general tso chicken n sushi dishes! It tastes fresh n delicious, especially thd presentation is so amazing! The egg roll were so yummy too…. Definitely recommend every one to come try.…. I have pictures to post but don’t know how though

We were so excited to go in to eat after remodel. This place has been very sentimental to me. We have been going there as a teenager when it first opened. Lots of memories. The food was great, it had its own unique taste it didnt taste like all the other chinese restaurants. We could walk in and the owners and workers knew us and knew exactly what we ordered. When we went after remodel, I almost knew instantly it wasnt the same. Fish tank was gone I didnt recognize anyone except the one server. I guess it was just disappointing after all those years that they didnt at least advertise NEW ownership or different menu. Kept same name and just posted closed for remodel. After realizing the change , the service was horrible and the food , well just wasnt the same. I was so upset. Although I have gotten over the disappointment of SHANGRILA as i knew and loved I will give it another chance with a different mindset . I juat wish they would have done it differently.

We just had dinner there and we were very happy with everything! Met the new owner which was very nice of her to come and check on us and talked with her for a while. We will definitely be visiting this establishment quite frequently now that we know what they have to offer!!!!
