I’m absolutely disgusted with this location. I placed my order on the app so my son could pick it up when he ran to Walmart. First issue with our order was the staff forgetting to include our donuts. My son had to go back into the store and ask for our donuts. I understand sometimes things happen. BUT then my son gets home with our 2 orders of avocado toast. Neither order had a single sprinkle of the everything bagel seasoning and the bread wasn’t toasted. We didn’t order anything special, it was on the app, and it was still wrong. Clearly the staff just doesn’t care.

I work next door I’m always buying something at this location and I usually come back just for a ice refill in my cup so today, the employee Shauna decided to tell me that I have to pay for my ice refill in my medium cup, which I found weird because I never got charged before, so I told her no problem, but then she gives me a large cup with ice, which makes no sense to me !

My teenage daughter was waiting in line while I loaded the car. Although she was second in line, I finally went in to see what was keeping her so long. The people working there are miserable, slow and extremely rude. The customer in front of her was in a wheelchair and when his bagel came out they just put it on the counter. My daughter picked it up and brought it over to him. Something I would think an employee should make the extra step for.
I have to say the food was very good.
But if slow, sour faced, ignorant employees piss you off, go elsewhere.

Don’t even bother, spare yourself the inconvenience and go to the dunkin on 742 Davis. Burnt sandwiches, drinks are usually wrong or they’re out of matcha or chai. That donut you ordered isn’t in the bag with the rest of the food, you have to ask for it. Just little nitpicks that bother me and that I don’t have to deal with at other locations. Dreary location, I avoid this place at all costs.

If I walk into this location at 640 and they are closing at 7, everything is put away and cleaned up. Customers can only get a basic hot coffee. I wish I could end my job 20 mins before close time. I wonder if the owner knows he is losing profits

This dunkin donuts sucks, everything about this place is horrible. The service sucks, the manager is so bad at her job she can’t even make a basic cup of coffee correct. They mess up your order and the manager will actually tell you its correct even if its not. I’d give this place a 0 if i could!.

Every time I get anything I receieve the best customer service ever. Two times I could remember within this last month is once with a pregnant worker she suggested different drinks and explained to my daughter what the green matcha drink thing was she excellent and just yesterday literally right before they closed I wanted a pumpkin iced latte and a worker expressed to me that the machines were already shut down but she could make me a an pumpkin iced coffee just as good. She was so nice and it was so amazing. Great customer service goes a long way. Thank you guys you are appreciated.

I purchased a large pumpkin latte from this location I normally get one every day from another location. So I know what they taste like, it was strong in coffee flavor, bitter and no pumpkin flavor nor was it creamy. I emailed Dunkin because I had to dump it out and it was almost 5.00. Well it took them 4 days to get back to me and their solution was to give me 50 points, it takes 900 to get another latte! So basically I still have to spend and order multiple lattes to get one free. This company is not concerned about customers by giving me low points they are furthering their brand

This is hands down the worst location that I have ever been to, I spend a small fortune there every week only to have my coffee made wrong 90% of the time. Today I went there ordered an extra large coffee, I was charged for a large. When I questioned it the woman behind the counter told me there’s nothing she can do about it because they are too busy. I was only charged for a large so I gladly would have paid the difference but I was not given an option due to their overwhelming three other customers. I do not understand how something as simple as making coffee can be such a difficult task for these people. Myself and my staff will not go back
