This DD never fails. Its always delicious. Some people say long wait times, but it is the only DD around of course on a Saturday prime coffee time you will have to wait.

Terrible service! Terrible, terrible, simply terrible wait times to get your order. Stayed at the lake so this was the closest Dunkin to the hotel. Came here 3x and each time I waited a HALF HOUR in their drive thru. The drive thru takes over 5 mins for each car to move. I mean what the heck are they doing in there? Nothing should take this long and if an order is big, tell them to park and run it out just like other places do!!!!!! Forget parking and going inside too or you’ll be stuck in the parking lot due to all the people lined up through the lot for the drive thru. Absolutely horrendous experience. Go over to cocoon coffee instead, it’s more pricey but they’re fast, gave good service, and their food/drinks were absolutely outstanding. Don’t waste your 45 mins of life waiting for this Dunkin.

Seems as tho the price of coffee ☕ has gone UP AGAIN …..and ok thats fair …..However it seems as tho the value of service has declined dramatically……9 min to take my order ….and another 15 to get my order ……its a simple coffee ☕…….cream and sugar ….and customer relations also seems to be getting worse.

Ive been coming in the morning because it’s the only Dunkin’ I pass… I’m at least a half hour away from this Dunkin and I have to order 20 minutes prior on the app because I know it takes forever to get my one or two items. They mess up an order, along with forget an item. Every time I come here, something is forgotten or wrong with the order. They seem careless here. I don’t even get a chance to correct it. I don’t know if it’s because of low staff or so much going on. I understand the mornings are hard and they are all over the place, but when no one is around and it still takes forever to get a drink, it makes no sense. I understand it is hard, but even before the pandemic they have been struggling. It shouldn’t take so long. The line for the drive through gets long and so I use the app to walk in…but even when I go in, I wait a little bit. When I come back out the line hasn’t moved. They are doing so much but so little.

This is the best Dunkin in the Poconos! We are big coffee drinkers and the first half of our week long vacation was filled with very bad coffee…until we found this little gem. Precise and delicious! Worth the drive from wherever you’re staying!!!

Messed up my drive thru order, which was explained four times. Iced caramel latte, no sugar. Didn’t seem that complicated to me but they gave a sugar free vanilla latte instead.. I just didn’t want more sugar in my caramel coffee. Eventually came out with the correct drink which was fine

What’s really to say? Good coffee. Good snacks. Fast service. Busy store, I feel as though mobile ordering gets priority over people physically there. Doesn’t really make a difference.
