Back in the day pre COVID when Jerry Fives had this location it was good. Since new ownership has taken over the service has totally gone downhill. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but the last handful of times I’ve come here I’ve waited over 5 minutes at the window for a simple coffee. Not good.

I have never ordered here and my food comes out how I asked or even cooked. Last two times I had to order here because I was late for work and needed breakfast my food came out cold. Not only cold but the last time I ordered a bagel and asked for lightly toasted it seemed like they just defrosted it and handed it to me because it was very gooey and cold. My hash-browns were also cold. I couldn’t even eat it, I threw them away. I would never recommend this place it’s a waste of money and time.

The girls working there are extremely rude, I ask a question and they talk to me like I’m dumb. On top of them constantly messing my food up, they need to work on treating customers better. It sucks when you’ve had a bad day and just ask a question and they snicker and talk to you like a baby.

I just waited 25 minutes for a coffee that I ordered though the app. People were coming in and ordering and getting their drinks while was still standing around waiting. I ordered at 11:17 and didn’t get my coffee until 11:42!

Usually every other order is missing something. I only get a lg hot coffee 5 sugars 5 cream and just about every other order doesn’t have sugar in it.

We went thru the drive thru and we’re rushed thru, our coffee was absolutely awful so I went in and asked them to remake them and the staff was extremely stand offish and rude! No one said one word to me they just took the cups dumped them and remade them. They were still absolutely disgusting, and my cousin and I get completely different coffees and they tasted exactly the same. Like water with a hint of burnt coffee. It’s very rare that I enjoy my coffee from the Carbondale location and most of the staff makes me feel like a burden.
