I ordered an iced coffee, which was fine. The icing on the donuts that I ordered was unusually thin and wet. Worst of all was the hot chocolate. It was mainly water with, at most, one spoonful of cocoa mix. Very disappointing.

In the past I was a everyday customer sometimes multiple times a day but lately the morning crew has been chasing me away more and more. Last month I went to get breakfast for my kids cheese was not melted eggs still cold. Fast forward to the passed Two days that I’ve tried getting breakfast before taking the kids to school I walked inside to order as I never know what donuts bagels or muffins that are in shock sign by register states if your paying cash we will be glad to help you at register if paying with card please recommend to use kiosk I was told by a employee who seen me and my children standing there we had to use the kiosk even tho I didn’t have my card I ask to be rang up I was told to hold on lady never came back. Today we try it again as we are standing there not one employee came to the front there was only one other person in the lobby and atm 5 cars in drive through had multiple employees look at us and not one said ill be right there they turnt they heads walked away I was then told use the kiosk stated I couldn’t because I was waiting on new card I have cash only and they walked away saying your gonna have to wait. Needless to say my kids once again was upset and we went across the street who never let’s us down. If you end up going to this dunkin go during the later shift because morning shift SUCKS.

6 out of last 10 coffees made wrong, how hard is it for 1 sugar 3 cream thank goodness I’m not diabetic because there is always way to much sugar, went again on 9/1/23 more sugar then asked for, you guys suck. By far, the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to (and I’ve tried this one multiple times). The coffee is never that great, they are always out of at least one thing. There has never been a morning I have gone through the drive thru and waited less than 20 minutes in line. All together horrible experiences. Save yourself a headache and keep driving!

I go for coffee often these days, and I must say they get the order wrong quite often. Listen to the order guys sugar, and no sugar can’t be that difficult. When my coffee is not right when i arrive at work, i bring it back the next morning. Things have gone up and im not throwing out a $3.00 coffee.

They are very slow in the drive thru. I ordered a LG hot coffee with carmel. Got a cup that leaked all over the car, then they got me another cup but gave me someone else’s order of a LG with sugar & milk. I can not drink milk!!! Very disappointed

Even though the selection of donuts and muffins was not the best, however, I can see the potential of this store. My wife and I are not coffee drinkers, but we love our sweet treats. The prices are little high to indulge our sweet tooth, but every once in a while doesn’t hurt. The most expensive of our treats was our drinks; strawberry passion fruit drink, over $7 for both, and that was a medium. Almost worth every penny.
