The guy in the drive thru said three words when I ordered: “go” and “that it?”. My bagel was burnt, stale, and had barely any cream cheese. My coffee tastes burnt and has like no oat milk in it. I didn’t dig in until I was at my destination but man am I bummed. I don’t recommend coming here and based on other reviews, I understand why!

The young girl today suprised me when she was more rude and had a worse attitude then the kid with the dreads does. She threw all of our donuts in the bag upside on purpose. Her mom must not love her. Poor thing. What a horrible store. They make you feel guilty for ordering things

They continue to disappoint. There is this one employee there who consistently ruins everything. The best part is he has a terrible attitude and management doesn’t care. I have personally complained on this one dude 4 times in a month period. He is terrible. He is costing y’all business. You would be better suited not opening for the day than to have him working your counters. DO NOT GO HERE. Take the extra 9 minute drive to Broadheadville. Save yourself the frustration.
Less than half filled $6+ drink.

If I could leave this place a 0 star review, I would. To say the least the customer service here is horrible. No sense of communication between employees. Also one wearing an AirPod with the ear that doesn’t have the headset on is ridiculous to ignore customers I assume. Serving cold sandwiches and missing orders. Went in with a group of 6, first person to order never received their food and the employees continued to say they were working on it. After about 30 minutes walking back and forth the food never came out. Also made it difficult for a refund and asked if we wanted the food to be made…. When I thought the whole time they said they were working on it. I think every customer that walked in after our group as well had an issue with their orders. Terrible service to say the absolute least.

I am a Dunkin girl. I’ve never written a review for DD as it’s always consistently good. This location was a hot mess. There was not one person in line at drive thru and inside seemed empty too. 4 employees. And it took a long time as we sat at the drive thru saying “hello? HELLO!?” several times until someone replied. 4 drinks preordered through the app. Should be easy peasy: One drink I believe they forgot the milk completely and I had to ask for more and just gave up when my ice coffee barely looked lighter, had to ask for a straw. Oh and needed a refund because 2 of our 4 drinks couldn’t be made because their frozen machine was down? 2 stars because it looked like someone in an authority position at least came over apologized and refunded us through the Dunkin app. She was nice. But it was a very “empty stare” feel from everyone else.
Lort help this location. Effort PA with minimal effort.

Drive thru takes forever. All the food is cold. Orders are always wrong like sugar being swapped with sweet and low or they give you normal coffee instead of decaf like you asked. Horrible Duncan I suggest going anywhere else but here.

This Dunkin used to be good a few years ago, but they’ve progressively been getting worse and worse as time goes on.
They have a constant revolving door of staff, so there’s always new people working there who don’t know what they’re doing. The drive-thru is a joke. The workers have no sense of urgency and will have no issue letting cars pile up outside while they are joking and laughing inside. We’ve wasted so much time waiting in line for a simple order, which 9 out of 10 times is wrong.
This location also has way too high of a rating for how terrible it is. The owner definitely pays for the higher reviews. No one local actual likes this Dunkin, but it’s the only one that’s close enough without needing to drive into town, and that location isn’t much better.
I really hope management does something to improve the quality of this location.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. Constantly out of stuff. Went one time and they told me no straws or drink carriers. Always out of ingredients like mocha and caramel. Staff is rude and the management is terrible. And I am sure after seeing the reviews from the last couple weeks they don’t care. I would love to say do better but I honestly just wish it shutdown and something better took its place … Dunkin in effort is terrible.

we went through the drive through and no other cars were with us. we asked for two drinks we received only one (and it wasn’t even correct) when we asked for a new drink and the other one we order we received eye rolls and a whole lot of attitude. we also asked for three breakfast sandwhiches when we got them they were burnt and not one out of the three was correct. when we went back in to get a refund they gave us a whole lot of attitude. this blonde girl even rolled her eyes and walked away from us and when we were being so polite, the employees admitted they had no clue what they were doing while on the phone with the manger activivly being so very disrespectful to us. i have NEVER written a review dunkin is my home i love dunkin but the amount of rudeness i received from this place was crazy..

Ordered a croissant sandwich from the very miserable clerk and got a sandwich with a sheet of paper in the middle. Very hard to chew. Also ordered a vanilla bean coolatta. Pure slush with the tiniest amount of syrup in the bottom, not even filled to the top, never asked if I wanted whipped cream, and it was impossible to mix or suck up with the inadequate straw they offered. Can’t even get through on the phone to speak with the manager. No answer. This experience isn’t the first bad one I’ve had at a Dunkin, but it is one of the worst. It’s also the last. I’m done with their crappy franchise.
