This quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had in a fast food place. There were 4 people in front of me. I ordered 2 hot coffees, 1 medium, 1 large. I really don’t think it should have taken almost 30 minutes to get that. I can brew 12 cups at home in 12 minutes. Then they gave me 2 large coffees. At least they were cream and sugared satisfactorily.

Every time I come here there’s a problem with my order. Last week they mixed my drink with a different drink (since it had a chocolate ice cream taste yet I got a caramel drink) the day after the coffee was way too strong. Another previous day the butter pecan was extremely strong not to sound like a Karen. Today I ordered my wife and I a frozen drink 5 mins ago. I got there in great time yet upon receiving the drink was filled extremely low and no where close to a fair line. It looked like the drink had already melted flat. I paid $8 for basically 2 drinks and barely anything in our cup! Oh and the parking forget it, there’s absolutely no parking control there people will block the pass through area, even the manager will park it there all day. Us drivers who like to turn right have to be forced to enter traffic. This is possibly the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to!

Very disappointed, I have been going here for years and used online ordering. Now the want to charge to put ice in your hot tea. They make it too hot and they won’t put a couple of ice cubes so I won’t burn my mouth. The online app does not have ice as an option. I am never going to Donkin again. They lost my business.

Totally dissatisfaction. Ordered an expresso and got simple coffee. The server either does not know what expresso is or just did not feel like serve well. I saw her laughing with another one and looking at me. Total dissatisfaction

My girlfriend and I ordered both ordered medium drinks. One butter pecan frozen coffee and a refresher. I don’t know if the music is too loud or she just couldn’t hear me but she gave my girlfriend a small refresher and me just a frozen coffee. When I went up and told them that’s not what I ordered the lady at the register just said “that is what you ordered” and refused to remake my drink. They messed up several other drinks in the span of the 20 minutes we were waiting for the rest of our order

Ordered ahead and someone took part of my order, as usual-as it’s walk-in only. Took a while to figure out what happened to correct the issue. Staff is always pleasant and tries their best to accommodate as long as you are pleasant too!
