The Halloween special donuts were very fresh. The candybar signature drinks were aestheticlly pleasing and delicious. The drinks did not upset my stomach the way Dunkin coffee usually does(I do not no if Dunkin changed their ingredients). They were understaffed yet my order was fulfilled in a timely manner. There weren’t a lot of decorations but they could be between decor for the Holidays. But things we cleanly from what I casually observed.

Let’s talk about how Evan gave the best dunkin’ donuts, experience ever! I have been drinking dunkin donuts for 15 years and never received the experience I had today. Evan went above and beyond what was expected at your typical dunkin’ donuts. We were greeted with a smile, he was friendly, informative and made sure our taste buds were satisfied. I had asked if there had been any frozen pumpkin drinks, and he said, no, but he would gladly make me something similar to the description I gave him. He even wrote down how I could order this item at another dunking donuts to continue in purchasing through the fall season. He is the ultimate example of what great customer service is. Thank you for creating a dunkin-pumkin customer for life!

I’ll always run on Dunkin — and honestly, that’s why this is frustrating. This location has always been my go-to, especially with how convenient the on-the-go ordering is. But over time, the customer service here has really gone downhill.
I’ve had to call multiple times because my order was just plain wrong, and I hate even having to do that. When it happens, it feels like no one really cares. Unfortunately, that attitude seems to come from the top. Dunkin corporate said the manager would reach out to me — that was over three months ago, and I’ve heard nothing.
You can tell most of the staff simply don’t want to be there. I’ve walked in to pick up orders and found a line of customers waiting with no employees in sight. I’ve literally had to yell “HELLO” just to get someone to come out from the back. That shouldn’t be normal.
What really gets me is the lack of basic courtesy. I always say “thank you, have a good day,” and more often than not, I don’t even get a hello or thank-you in return.
I don’t want to stop coming here, but the customer service makes it harder and harder to stay loyal. I just hope this location can turn things around, because it used to be much better.

This location is so inconsistent. I order the same coffee every time and it’s never once the same it’s ridiculous. If I’m paying for my coffee to be made correctly it should be made correctly and most times the food is thrown together and cold.

My dad almost fell walking into the men’s bathroom lucky he held onto the door that saved him from going down. He left a worker know that there was a puddle of water on the floor and she said she knew and walked away from him. There was a caution sign in the middle of the floor. I hope the next visitors are as lucky as my dad was and the door holds them up. Just close it off if there’s an issue with water on the floor but I also guess that caution sign saves their bottoms.

If you want food from here, look forward to it being messed up. They’ve never gotten my order right. Just ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a non toasted croissant and they gave me a toasted croissant with bacon egg and cheese. The receipt even says sausage and not toasted.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered an espresso, but their espresso machine wasn’t working. Instead of offering a refund or an alternative, the staff just left me with nothing. It’s unacceptable for a coffee shop to have a broken machine and then refuse to refund customers. Poor service, and I won’t be coming back to this location.
