Placed an online order for walk-in pick up and when I arrived the door was locked. So now I have to sit in the drive thru line. It’s beyond frustrating that a place allows for an order that requires me to enter has the door locked. Numerous people before and after me tried to enter as well. Drive thru only most days. My latte is always bitter. They don’t follow the recipes. I ask for sugar. They don’t put it in. This happens multiple times a week. It’s the only dunkin that is close to my work. That is what keeps me going there. Terrible coffee is better than none at all. I want what I pay for. The friendliness of the employees is the only reason for giving 2 stars.

Got a frozen coffee the other day with oat milk, like I’ve done plenty of times before, and it tasted spoiled. A frozen coffee is over $6 so I went back through to replace it with a regular iced coffee and a donut, which would have came out to less than $6, and the lady scoffed at me and said “I’m already doing you a favor so no, I won’t do that” so I just got a refund and left which cost them more money than just replacing it. It’s ALWAYS hit or miss and I’m just done going here. 25th street and Bangor are always better

Honestly, ive never really had issues with any dunkin donuts, I usually get a donut and my perfect dark roast iced coffee. Today it seemed this location only had one person working the pick up and drive through and she was doing great!
