Today (08/27/23) I went to this Dunkin and was greeted by Hayden with a smile on his face. As I was watching him make my drinks, I could tell that he was making them exactly as I ordered, it was superb customer service!

This is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. Constantly messing up orders through the drive through. This morning I ordered an iced coffee and breakfast sandwich. When I got to the window I was told I ordered a hot coffee and no one had taken my actual order. This is not the first time it’s been wrong. Another time I ordered a bagel egg and cheese. What I was given was a bagel with nothing on it. It wasn’t even toasted. If you are a fan of Dunkin, try another location.

I get why it has a poor rating. I went to buy donuts for my wife ( she’s expecting) and when the staff moved the tray to pull the donuts, a bunch of flies and unknown bugs started flying inside the donuts case. If it had been one fly, maybe I’d have ignored it, but when you see 3+ flies flying on donuts, and the staff doesn’t even care, it makes me think that this Dunkin Donut is a joke for a business.

7/30/23 Iced coffee was terrible. Took a sip and almost threw up. Same as my wife. Was the most burnt tasting coffee I have ever had. And stale like it had been in the fridge a long time. Not knocking the kids that work their, but need trained like everyone else is saying. No clue what they are doing. Customer service is lacking.

Employees need trained. Was there yesterday around 2:30pm to order an iced espresso with an extra shot. Employee told me that they had no clue what that was a they don’t work days and aren’t used to day time orders. How do the Employees not know simple orders?

While, of course, you could get better good, I think it is really hard to dislike Dunkin Donuts. I don’t get why this is rated so low and, I know the food isn’t the best, but it is okay and reliable.

Been here three times so far and the service is fine, but every time I get a drink it’s filled all the way up with ice. I’ve never been to a Dunkin’ that’s filled up my entire cup with ice and minimal drink as bad as this place. Not going here anymore just to pay over $4-5 for a giant cup of ice. I shouldn’t have to ask for “less ice” because it should be common sense to not fill the entire cup with it.

On my way to work I stopped at the drive thru and ordered a latte and a bagel, was asked to pay then told to go wait in the parking lot and they’d bring it out to me. This kid then proceeded to run through the parking lot asking each car if they ordered whatever he had in his hands. Poor customer service on their end. Took 10 minutes to get my order piece by piece.

the employees desperately need trained. They NEVER make my order right, do your self a favor and check you bag before you leave the line. Better yet, go to sheetz next store.
