Sauces are disgustingly sweet and neither meal was worth the money because I couldn’t eat more than a couple of bites without worrying about my blood sugar, and I’m not a diabetic.

The food was wonderful! I had no trouble eating the meat, both chicken and steak, so tender, easy to eat. The fried rice was soft and super tasty. All the food had this awesome smoky sweet flavor. Just the smell was amazing. The ordering process was great, easy to select what you want, easy to pay, and easy to check in for pickup.

We ordered take out later on a Wednesday evening, 9/10/25. The only decent part of our meals was the orange chicken and crab rangoons. The chicken katsu was dry. I got a veggie bowl base, which had a strange butane-like taste. And the spicy chicken teriyaki with wok-style noodles was excessively saucy and just not that good. The soda machine was also out of syrup for the cherry cola. We’d rather drive 10 minutes across town to go to Panda Express for better quality and variety. If you’re craving good teriyaki during the summer season, check out the Ono Grinds food truck in Wolf Creek.

The food was great! We ordered the spicy orange chicken regular and spicy chicken teriyaki large. Both were generous portions. Neither me or my husband finished our bowls and had enough for leftovers. The veggies in the bowl were cooked perfectly and fresh. The chicken in both dishes had great flavor.
The one down side was the wait. For this type of food/restaurant and how many people were in the restaurant, we expected it to be faster. But when we did get our food it was fresh, cooked well, and we felt worth going too. We would probably go again even knowing they are slower than expected.

Today was the first time I have eaten at Teriyaki Madness in Helena, MT. It was amazing! I got first class service from the two employees. I came here for lunch at noon on February 11, 2026. I was greeted with a warm smile and delicious food. The female employee asked me several times if I needed anything else. The restaurant was very clean and the male employee was friendly as well. I’ll be back again! Thank you!!!

The food tasted pretty good, better than Panda for those running there for quicker and better service. I called an order in for 2 bowls, and the employee even said she remembered me asking for 2, yet only made me 1. I was on a lunch break and had to wait an extra 20min for the rest of my order to be made. I finally get to where I’m eating lunch, and turns out the initial bowl they gave me wasn’t even the correct order. I’ll give a good rating based on the quality and taste of the food itself, but unfortunately the service and accuracy was quite frustrating.

To everyone who had to wait or complained wait time please give this place another shot, we only had to wait about ten minutes for our food on a Friday night! I got the Spicy Chicken and it was a little too hot for me so I added some additional teriyaki sauce and it was perfect! My husband got the two meat meal and it was huge! This is place is great!
