Stopped here to get some work done on a late Saturday afternoon, and since all the small coffee shops in Lititz were packed due to some sort of activities, I chose Dunkin’. The service was excellent, the Chai Latte was good, the place was very bright and clean, including the men’s restroom. The staff was super polite, I even heard one of the cashiers thank a veteran for his service as he left.
The only reason I did not give it a five was due to the loud music playing the whole time I was there, about an hour and a half. I was the only customer in the Dunkin’, and the music was very loud and distracting, including at least one song with much profanity, called Last Resort, by a band called Papa Roach. This song especially seemed a bit rough to have on in the background of a place like Dunkin’. It looked like the music was coming from a radio station WQXA, 105.7.
So well done on everything except the music!

The employees need to go to customer service training.
4/5 times my order is incorrect here but I come for proximity convenience so take it as “I get what I get” type of establishment.
This afternoon they gave me an incorrect order and I usually don’t say anything, but it’s my birthday so I wanted the correct sandwich just today. I kindly asked the man at the counter if we could switch it out for the correct sandwich. He argued me until I told him that I get this often enough here and other Dunkin locations to know that it’s incorrect. He only then agreed to switch it out.
Not only did all the employees talk about me right in front of my face laughing, but they gave me the exact same sandwich, just undercooked the second time. I just left.
Almost every experience I have here is so unprofessional, and I have even seen employees act so rude to elderly at this location. I do wish that they could undergo customer service training so the locals could enjoy coming here.

This is a very nice, clean & orderly store. The manager is great & friendly. The food is delicious. Ordered a caramel frozen coffee & a couple of wraps. An all around sublime experience. I recommend it to anyone in the area or visiting.

Every time I visit my mother in lititz I stop here every morning of my stay. The staff are very friendly and move with urgency. My order is perfect every time. It’s clean inside and the drive thru moves quickly.

i ordered my coffee with vanilla flavoring and when i tried it i didn’t taste any. i go back and politely ask for a correction and im told “no one heard that we only heard a latte with blueberry.” the male with glasses that told me this wasn’t even the individual that took my order. They added flavoring to my coffees however, this isn’t the first time i had to return my coffee to this location for a correction. Mistakes happen but politely asking for a change and the worker wanting to argue about what i asked for to me is just unprofessional, especially when he didn’t even take my order. You’re better off going to the ephrata location.

I made an order for drive thru and ended up having to go into the store. When I told them this the guy said you have to go to drive thru even though my drink was sitting right there. He then just walked away without giving me a second word. Finally got my coffee in the drive thru and it was terrible
