Don’t eat here!
No standards at all! Small portions, dirty work areas. They don’t care about soldiers. Utter laziness and always costing you money for less food. I called them and spoke to the manager. She had a snarky attitude and didn’t care. Its because she’s telling them to do it for profit because she looks good on paper.. I wish they would keep the trash off post.

I went there a couple of days ago, and the food their was really good! They didn’t really skimp out on anything when I came to get a burrito. The customer service was decent, and everyone seemed to be attentive and kind. Jade is super kind as well! She served me one of the most delicious orders I’ve had to date, I’ll definitely be back .

Weird how since opening the portion sizes have starkly decreased but the calories on the menu and prices haven’t changed at all. It’s not just a one off. I’ve seen this over the last two visits and when you look down the line we are all leaving with half filled bowls or easy to roll small burritos.

The customer service on the other hand tends to be quite unpleasant, which causes an uncomfortable atmosphere in the establishment. The people behind the counter 9 times out of 10 are rude and have AirPods on so it gives off vibes like they are annoyed that I came to get food. If they are annoyed I’m there they could literally just quit and find a new job.

I have ordered here twice and this place sets the standard for chipotle mobile orders. I have had mediocre to poor experiences with other Chipotle locations. This is specifically because other places seem to provide relatively small portion sizes. This location provides excellent portion sizes and does not short customers on portions. Orders were also ready on time. I’m impressed. Thanks for the great experience.

UPDATE: Came back, it has improved significantly. The portions were great, generally well seasoned. The rice tasted like plain white rice but it’s definitely a start. They continue to improve so I will be coming back.

Visited this location while in North Carolina and ordered a double chicken bowl. The portions were generous compared to Florida, and Jade was incredibly sweet and made sure I had a great experience.

This is the worst Chipotle in the area. Every time I go, they are out of something. I went there 2 hours before they closed and they were out of queso. QUESO. It’s always something. Out of chicken, steak, veggies, and chips. They do have a high volume of customers, being on Fort Bragg but that doesn’t mean that every day they can run out of stuff on the line. Also a lot of the workers will totally skimp you on portions, and will not be in a hurry to make more of what they run out of. I would give 0 stars if possible.
