Ordered all blueberry and when we checked it as we were about to leave. Had to backed up to window and knocked. They first just ignored us and then told us oh we didn’t have enough of the blueberry. So don’t tell me just gave us assorted. Apparently that’s how they work. If they don’t have what you order they will just give you whatever they have and your suppose to be ok with that. Do not recommend going here pick a different one. The manager is very rude as well.

The employee with the medium length dark brown curly hair (that was not pulled back but hanging free) told me over the speaker at the drive through that I “literally just placed that order” when I said I had a mobile order. I said I’m used to waiting in line in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes. My food is always cold when it is handed to me so I decided to wait to place my order today. I do not recommend this location, I will no longer be bringing my business here.

It’s been about a month since they switched management. I’ve been coming nearly everyday for 4 years and I have never had any issues until they switched. Never paying attention to what you say at the speaker to the point i have to repeat myself 2-3 times and they STILL somehow manage to get it wrong. They have been out of the same things consistently for three weeks in a row for days at a time, including large cups. Not sure what the logistics behind that is, but you’d think after the second week they would start ordering more.

Waited 15 min at the counter intentionally being ignored before getting an eyeroll from the lady at the counter, asking for my mobile order. Snarky voice states you can only go through the drive through for that. Well that’s what I was trying to ask 15 minutes ago.

Wish I could rate the service, but I was never even acknowledged—let alone served. I went inside to order because the drive-thru line was long, thinking it might be quicker. I stood at the register for 5–10 minutes while an employee, clearly in view, stocked donuts behind the counter. She definitely saw me but made no effort to acknowledge me, avoided eye contact, and didn’t say a single word—not even a simple, “Someone will be with you shortly.”
I’m very understanding, especially when it comes to the food industry (I’ve worked in customer service myself), but this felt intentionally dismissive. After standing there far too long—and after other customers started lining up behind me—another customer behind me asked if I had been helped yet. I said, “No, I haven’t even been acknowledged,” and walked out.
Back in the car, my partner told me the drive-thru hadn’t moved either. I’m not sure what’s going on at this location, but the customer service was truly disappointing. Being busy is one thing, but ignoring customers is unacceptable. I would’ve happily waited if someone had just acknowledged me or let me know there was a delay.
This experience led me to check the reviews—which I rarely do—and I saw that multiple others have described this exact same situation in recent months. Clearly, this isn’t a one-off issue.
As a long-time Dunkin’ customer, this visit left a bad taste. I ended up going to Starbucks instead.

The manager emily was rude and quit frankly vulgar in the way she speaks to the customers. Had ordered a large mocha latte and it tastes so nasty like rotten milk. The store will go down along with the customers cause im never coming back here again. And the other lady her mother is rude as well. I would like tk be contacted by the managers supervisor. She needs to be fired and have a new manager because this is ridiculous. Shouldn’t have all her family working there if thwy aint gonna do their job.

Placed a mobile order for walk-in, I get to the store and the door is locked with a sign that says drive-thru. The line was out onto the street and I waited about 10 minutes before I left(the line never moved). If you aren’t accepting walk-in mobile orders, maybe update the app to say this isn’t available. Wasted money and got nothing which is unacceptable. Oh, and I tried calling to see if they could run the order out to me or I could come in and pick it up and their phone was disconnected, how convenient for them!

I will not even give them 1 star. Service is the worst ever with attitude. I went in to counter to order and stood there 15 minutes with every person looking the opposite way as to not make any eye contact with me. Finally I walked over ask for help and got attitude telling me that I would have to wait until every drive up customer is waited on first. Went to Duck dough nuts and was greeted when I walked in the door and order taken and picked up in very short wait even though they were very busy also. Never going back and will be sure to let everyone I know to never go to your store.

I had some time to kill before an appointment and decided to grab something in the drive thru.
There were four cars in front of me when I got there, which isn’t unusual for a Dunkin drive thru. I waited in line for 30 minutes. I never even got to order. In that time I made it to one car in front of me. The car in front of me waited so long they put their car in park and just sat there waiting to order. I was finally able to pull around the car in front of me and get out of the line at that point. The drive thru is one lane and once you’re in it there’s no getting out unless no one is behind you and you can reverse.

It was the most frustrating drive thru experience I’ve ever had. I’m not sure how much longer I would have had to wait to order my food and then receive it, but I didn’t have another 30 minutes to find out. This was my first time at this location and I won’t be back.

I have been going to this Dunkin location for a few years and it has been hit or miss with service and drinks during the afternoons. But-there have been good(if not sometimes great) drinks almost every time lately! Kudos to Isaiah for his positive attitude. He is so kind and makes the trip for coffee 10x better!
