Took longer than usual to receive my order. As I waited an employee texting then started making my order all while a fly was landing on everything he used to mix my drink. Ew. The floor was nasty. Morning staff is usually better.

Horrible experience at this Dunkin yesterday! I tried to order an iced coffee in the drive through. Employee asked for my order, I gave it. After a solid 15 seconds of silence, the employee said something and I responded with “sorry?” He said, “you heard me.” I said “um no I didn’t which I why I said sorry.” He laughed and said “oh for real. Ok. What. Do. You. Want.” Pausing after each word in a condescending manner. After asking what his problem was, I said I didn’t need coffee and drove off. It was the strangest and rudest experience. I will also say the inside is dirty, including the tables, floors and the bathrooms.

Honestly I don’t understand why there’s such negative reviews for this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I’ve been going here a few times a month ever since they opened at least a decade ago. I’ve never had anything but kind efficient service & good food. I feel like this is a classic case of you get what you give & the people writing angry reviews are just angry to begin with. The main takeaway here is I’ve never had a single bad experience here & im known for being overly honest with people. If there was an issue there I would not be saying how good the staff is.

Pulled into the drive-thru and the voice on the speaker told me to pull up and order at the window. Mind you, there was no microphone or speaker issues. I ask for a half dozen donuts and he charges my credit card. I asked for two chocolate frosted, two Boston crimes and two glazed. He walks off and brings back a box and hands them to me. He says here is your order. I did not have any reason to doubt him. I get home and open the box eagerly. Guess what I find… six stale donuts covered in white frosting and peanuts. None of the donuts I ordered were inside. I call BS… I should have read the other numerous reviews that share similarities with my own experience first. I will never go back and how dare the corporate office allow such blatant abuse of their customers. They have no ethic or morals at this location. Maybe if we band together to ban it, they will eventually be shut down, and a better business will replace it. Speaking of better business… contact the local Better Business Bureau as well as leaving reviews here on Google. The corporate offices will definitely be forced to respond to BBB complaints if they wish to maintain a high ranking.

They mess up my order 95% of the time. My drink consists of four words which I make sure to say very slowly, and they somehow misunderstand it every time.

This place is a complete fiasco! Like all the other Dunkin Donuts locations they switched to a commissary system (the donuts are made at some other location and shipped here). This system flat out doesn’t work if you’re someone who likes a particular donut because nine times out of ten they won’t have what you want. In my case all I want is the regular Old Fashioned Donut which they almost never have. For months I’ve told them to simply order more of these and they’ve proven totally inept at this – or unwilling. UPDATE AUGUST 10, 2023: The folks who operate this particular franchise it seems initially tried to get more old fashioned donuts in but now they’re back to their old ways; they never have old fashioned!!! Corporate might have to take over this location or just shut it down.
