Not thrilled with this Dunkin’. And I visit quite a few in many different places in MD, PA, DE, VA, etc.
While the staff was friendly and hard-working they seemed overwhelmed by the drive thru traffic. They were short staffed and had multiple staff in training. I was not greeted or even acknowledged at the order counter. I had to make myself known after a considerable wait. I don’t blame the employees, but management and owner need to re-evaluate their staffing.
The women’s bathroom has NO running water…at all! My drink was fine, and the staff was courteous when finally fulfilling my small order.

I visit this Dunkin several times a month and while I like the flavor of the coffee, they never seem to fill the cup. It’s usually about 3/4 full. I get that they may need to leave some room for one reason or another but this seems extreme. I can get the same coffee, hot caramel latte, at other locations or coffee shops and it is never this bad. Do they think because the lid is on it I won’t notice? It’s very frustrating.

I love their frozen frappes, lattes and iced coffee are really good, their mini donuts and the egg and cheese wake up wraps. I will say the egg and cheese wake up wraps are really small for the price and overall their prices have gone up, but I still think they’re better than Starbucks. The atmosphere is ok not necessarily the best spot especially since this location gets pretty busy. There’s not much space for the drive-through.

My wife and I stopped in here to get 4 different scoops of ice cream in cups. All four flavors had weird ice crystals and were not creamy like DD is known for. It was very odd and we didn’t enjoy the ice cream at all.

Witnessed one employee out front smoking and the come in, not wash his hands and pull donuts for an order. Shortly after, while waiting in line for restroom, saw an employee come out right after flushing, didn’t wash hands BUT at least he changed his gloves ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️

Absolutely horrible scheduling and management. Came in at 420 to get a coffee and 4 donuts. One girl working the counter doing orders for drive thru and mobile orders. I received my coffee quickly but after 10 minutes of waiting for my 4 doughnuts a older woman and her grandkids came in ordered ice cream a refresher and a dozen donuts. They got everything before I received my 4 donuts. Told the cashier to throw my ticket away. Didn’t ask for a refund just walked out.

Poor quality. Poor customer service. I received the donut that looked like it was half eaten. I couldn’t believe that they would give customers donuts that looked like that. I didn’t need replacement or anything. I just wanted to let them know that they should do better next time for quality control. So I just called and let them know about what I received. A guy answered the phone and talked like they didn’t understand and didn’t want to listen to the problem and hung up.
