I go almost every day and get an iced dunkelatte and some days a strawberry daydream refresher for my daughter. They are the only dunkin that makes the dunkelatte really well. The staff are always super polite and in a good mood no matter who is there! They are friendly and always have smiles. I love going there almost daily for my drink! If the staff see this, thank you for always being friendly and kind. Yall are amazing! Not a lot of places have the customer service like they do anymore.

The customer service here lacks very badly. The worker whom if I’m not mistaken is of Hispanic descent she has no type of good customer service. Let’s start by saying she rushes your order on top of giving a nasty attitude while doing so. There’s no need to have manners with her because she lacks to have any herself my order is always either wrong or just simply burnt. I literally hate stopping at this location it’s a terrible experience.

I come to this local Dunkin often and every time I have the same worker, extremely rude and nasty. The first time was not a big deal people can have bad days but this is consistent, every time I visit, and everyone I know who visits this Dunkin has said the same things about the same worker. Her name is Tia (not her full name I believe it’s Latia). She kept rushing us, telling us to pull around when we weren’t ready, cut us off numerously as we were trying to order.I asked her nicely to stop being rude on the drive thru window the first time and she did not care and that just seemed to worsen her attitude going forward. Another time I visited this Dunkin she rung me up wrong. She does not ring you up for the item you ask for. If you ask for a latte she makes a coffee, and when I asked her about this she said it’s a latte very rudely(sticker and receipt say coffee), shoved the food bag in my hand and walked away without another word. And especially being a manager she should not be acting like this. I too am a manager and would never think of speaking this way to customers all day everyday. I don’t usually write bad reviews about places but I have never once had a good experience because of her.

This Dunkin’ is easily accessible from I-81. There is plenty of parking space available and drive thru. The service was efficient, and we got our order in no time. Although the restroom was dirty and unclean.

I got a Chai Latte. It was good, however, the entrance to this Dunkin needs some paintwork to see it. I nearly collided with the traffic island, as its coloring blended in too well with the road.

My experience this Dunkin Donuts was unacceptable. First, when I came to the window to place my order it took about 4 minutes for anyone to greet me. The absolute worst service you could possibly get from a place would be here…. My husband went in for a coffee and some food.. the manager then was handling a drive trough order and sold the food he purchased to the drive through person THEN wouldn’t even give his money back… so he then just walked out…. This is sickening that people are this cruel… AND A MANAGER AT THAT! All employees are rude and disrespectful to the customers.. one of their names being TIA…

I don’t usually frequent Dunkin due to the few “meh” experiences I have had but I needed to eat and it was next door to one of the errands I had to run so I grabbed a coffee and a bagel to go. This is how my bagel with cream cheese was given to me. I can’t actually remember a time where I ordered a bagel with cream cheese from any Dunkin and received enough cream cheese to cover the entire bagel. Who wants cream cheese that doesn’t even cover the entire bagel?
