Food was very good; service was not. Our server was high as a kite and was very, very slow. Other tables were complaining about the slow pace, and another about not getting the check. There aren’t very many tables. Two servers should be able to effectively handle the number of tables.
We were a table of four. Three of our meals came out at the same time, and the fourth came out over 20 minutes later. Once the food arrived, it was cold. Very disappointing.
This is a fire-and-rehire issue where company values should be set in stone and implemented immediately. Food is tasty; service is horrible.

Food was amazing and could easily be a 5 star review, however, service was just not up to par. We sat in the patio area, which was suggested by a waitress. After waiting for 15 minutes we decided to go ask for a menu because one was not brought to us. They finally ask us what we wanted to drink but the waitress didn’t know what kind of beers they have. Once ordered, the food came out quickly. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. To top it off, we had to find someone for a box and the check. We could have been out of there an hour sooner. *if I was just rating the kitchen, 5 stars – and willing to go back to see if it was just an off night*

First time to visit this establishment, It was Avery nice atmosphere, bar maid very courteous, her recommendations on food was spot on it was delicious, the chef came out I spoke with him he was also very courteous. They made you feel very welcomed,I will definitely be recommending to my family and friends to try the Pint House out.Will be going back.

I came in late, right before closing, as their winter hours were different from what was listed online. The bartender was accommodating, laid back, and easy to talk to. I was impressed with what their menu had to offer and really enjoyed my drink. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the cook standing behind me, the only customer in the establishment, obviously entertaining himself at my expense, since he kept interrupting to laugh loudly at my conversation with the bartender. Eventually, I turned around and stared directly at him, and he left. How are you supposed to feel comfortable with some guy skulking in the corner, laughing his ass off at your heartfelt and realistically traumatic experience? It felt scummy.
I’m torn because the bartender and his wife were so genuinely accommodating and kind. They provided good service. The menu looked awesome. I guess if you don’t mind someone laughing audibly behind your back at your expense the entire time, it’s worth it.

I love this place! The grilled chicken gyro bowel with spicy feta and extra garlic sauce, is my favorite. Everyone that works there is friendly and the atmosphere is nice inside and outside. I like their back patio in the summer with my puppy.

First time there, and it was awesome! Nice staff, great food, cool atmosphere! I got the reuben with the 1,000 island on the side and french fries. Everything was delicious! Definitely recommend it and plan on going back soon!
Update! Tried their A-1 burger, and it was just as amazing! My companion was very impressed by their order as well! This is definitely a town gem!

The service is great, it’s my 3rd time here. Sadly the french onion soup was very sour and I was very excited for it. White onions are not meant for french onion soup. It’s only over priced if it isn’t good. One mediocre drink and poorly executed soup is a downer for sure. I would go again, and will. I’ll make better choices next time.
