I feel kind of bad giving this review, but maybe if they read it….they will improve. I have gone here several times because I love Dunkin coffee and this store’s location is convenient for my morning commute. Their coffee never tastes as good as the Lebanon store, but it’s usually acceptable. Bagels are not toasted all the way. But this morning’s coffee was horrible. It tasted like it was from the day before and I’m pretty sure it was. The worst part is when I swallowed a large clump of coffee grounds. It made me sick. Seriously gross! The owners can’t blame this on their employees because at 530 am….they are the only ones working. I think ill just make my own coffee from now on.

We stopped at the DD in Hershey, Pa. No counter service. The food was good, but it was very warm inside. The bathrooms were nice and clean. I’m a little old fashioned. I like dealing with people, ordering from people. I’m not too thrilled with Dunkin’s new manor of impersonal service. I could go to a vending machine if I did’t want to give my order to a person.

I love Dunkin, I go at the least once every week, although they have almost ALWAYS messed up my hot coffee order in some sort of way. It’s happened too many times to not say something about it. Still a decent place for breakfast.

I went through the drive thru. And it went quick. My food was hot and delicious. I even went back the following morning because I enjoyed the bacon egg and cheese wake up! Highly recommend! Their coffee is amazing too, just wish they had dairy based creamer and not just the syrup shots.

First time I came here was a bit ago, but the snackin bacon was literally in a ball cold with fat around it. It was inedible. I came here about a week ago, there were 2 younger girls working & seemed like no manager was there. Seems like training wasn’t done very well, no hate to the girls. My iced caramel coffee almost had no cream in it so it tasted black. And my egg muffin was burnt to the point that the egg didn’t taste right anymore not to mention the bread. I only came here twice and somehow my stuff was messed up both times. Dunkin in palmyra by Walmart is superior
