This has to be the worse Burger King EVER!!! Over the past year or so I have given it so many chances and have now vowed to NEVER go back there again. There were so many times months back that whenever I would place an order using the online ordering, I would customize some of the food and go to the drive thru (15-20 minutes at drive thru every time) to pick up, the food was never customized, after a few times I called the store, but did not get the store instead you go directly to customer service, I explained all the times and what happened, was told the store manager would call me back which they never did. After those incidents I decided to place my order and go INSIDE to get the order and let them know that each time my sandwiches are NOT customized as ordered, this time I stood there waiting forever and watching as my food was prepared, I saw mistakes so I called out to the person on the other side of the counter to correct it before giving it to me, at this point they know who I am, they fixed the order, after fixing it they place the order on the shelf to be picked up, as I said they know who I am and still do not give me the order, I had to get upset instead and tell them to give me that order they placed on the shelf knowing I was standing there. After a few months have gone by, today I thought I would give it another try, I place an order and customized my chicken sandwich, no lettuce, just tomato pickle and BBQ sauce, I got home and it was the opposite, it was lettuce and mayo, no tomato, pickle, or BBQ sauce. I really do think they do this on purpose like it is a joke to them.

No customers in the place yet the shift leader couldn’t be bothered to give 2 cups when we ordered 2 drinks. so we had been going few nights to eat dinner nd this lady behind the counter is so rude to us for reason at all tonight we went there and when I was up for order she rudely told the other lady willing to help us to wait few seconds and she justbstood there that was my last straw will not be going back ever rude customer service. she works sat Thursday nights and she is the manager she needs to be watche.

Save yourself the time and go across the street to McDonald’s. Ordered 2 meals and a kids meal. Kids meal is the only one that came correct, both normal meals made wrong, served cold, fries without salt and the wrong drinks. I haven’t been to a burger king in years and after today I remember why.

The drive thru was fast, most likely because no one was in front of me at lunchtime. The burger was dry and the mozzarella sticks were the worst I’ve ever had, you can get better quality sticks at the dollar store. There are better places to eat near by that are just as reasonably priced. The only thing keeping this place from a one star review was the was friendly staff.

Ate here last night. We went through the drive thru (the woman taking our order and serving us was very very rude) and ate in the parking lot, thankfully, because our food was disgusting. The Spicy chicken and Crispy chicken sandwiches were dark and burnt and the mayonnaise on the bottom was curdled and chunky. Service was rude and actually RE-SERVED our returned sandwiches!! After we had received them, unwrapped them, opened them with our bare hands and took them apart, we brought it inside and saw it get rewrapped and placed on the serving rack. Unbelievable

They had a 3-person crew (grill, drive-through, front of house), and they had 2 80+ dollar door dash orders and still got my takeout order done in about two minutes while also clearing the drive-through. These workers need a raise and more employees to work with them. Also, the new stacker burger is great. I’m glad I tried it.

Ordered a whopper with additional cheese, chicken sandwich with additional cheese, and large fries. Both sandwiches came without the cheese , fries is medium and includes that rotten fries in the photo !!!

Food was terrible, It was dry, had no taste, floor was sticky, the soap in the bathroom smell like something burnt. Save your money and time by not going there…
