The employees are so kind nice and friendly. They even remember my order now! Sadly when I add extra pumps of salted caramel to my cold brew my small ends up being 8$ which is a lot for a small cold brew. So I guess ima have to start bringing my own caramel to add bc it’s just ridiculous to pay that much extra for a simple salted caramel cold brew. Other than that I love the way the employees treat me. & my orders never get mixed up’

The service was good and the coffee was good. However the apple fritters and the coffee rolls taste like they have been thawed out overnight. If I wanted something like that, I would’ve gone to McDonald’s. I think a Dunkin’ Donuts can do a lot better than McDonald’s.
