You know I had to get an extra large coffee with butter pecan swirls and cream, with the midnight roast!. I also have the Dunkin’ Donuts app which has rewards on it. So there was a reward for a free lemon pound cake!. Which was a decent size and it was nice and moist. The Dunkin’ Donuts had a drive-through, which was convenient no line the service was fast. Customer service was friendly.

One of the better ones in the city. There are some i avoid like Bloomfield and both Oakland locations, but I always feel confident that I’ll get (at least relatively) fresh donuts and my coffee will taste the way it’s supposed to. They very rarely run out of things.

Went there for half a dozen French curlers my favorite donut and this is what I got. The worst donuts I’ve ever seen. Plus they double charged my card for the wrong order.

Shamarah was completely rude when taking my order. The person in front of me waited 20 minutes to get a coffee and donuts. It always seems this Dunkin Donut is either understaffed, rude, and don’t care about their patrons.at the end of my 30 minute wait . I gave Shamarah a tip. She grabbed it without a Thank You and turned her back. Very ignorant to the fact that she was rewarded for poor service. I’ll find another Dunkin Donut in the area. I wouldn’t write such a long soliloquy but this has happened several time here.

Okay, the lobby is open now so you can actually walk in. Drive through however is still a nightmare to get through and true to Pittsburgh form there are five or six employees inside and when you walk in everyone immediately ignores you. There seems to be absolutely no sense of customer service, only to those in the drive-through line. Why is it so hard to find a friggin decent donut/coffee shop you can get in and get out of in this area??????
