I was passing through Geneva and decided to get coffee. I ordered a hot coffee with cream/sugar in drive thru and was on my way. Only to find out 10 minutes down the road it was only hot black coffee. Highly disappointed and will not be going back!

Easily the slowest Dunkin in the area. 25 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order at 9:00 am on a Wednesday. Take two orders at a time and make everyone else wait until those two cars are gone before taking another order. They clearly have new staff they’re constantly training because only two or three employees seem to know what they’re doing.

I waited on the drive line for about 10 minutes and when I finally got to the speaker I was told “I’ll be right with you “ which took another 5 minutes! I’m not sure if the lady was alone working or not if she was that’s just terrible of a company to do!

It’s probably the slowest Dunkin in the world! Cars are always backed out to the road because the drive thru is soo slow. Don’t try going in side to order either, the staff only focuses on the online orders and drive thru.

It was very dirty. The employees were obviously overwhelmed. It took about 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge that I was at the register. Every table was dirty and the floor was disgusting. I feel that the employees were doing their best with what they had, but the place needs some help.
