They literally robbed me of a dollar. The cashier was wildly overwhelmed. The cook didnt dpeak a single word of English which isnt the end of the world but it felt.like he was pretending to. There was a mistake on my order. I told him how I would like it fixed and thanked him. He took my sandwich back stared at it for more than a minute then went to the cashier to ask for help while trying to explain to the cashier that I would like a fresh sandwich he said the cook needs to be spoken to a certain. Way. I said thank you what more could I have added? At this he decided to refund only bit then shorted me a dollar thirty of the refund. I show him my receipt. He insisted that he was correct amd to get my dollar from corporate. Awful behavior

On Friday, January 30, 2026 at about 6:20 PM, I went through the drive-through and ordered a medium hot coffee with six sugars and cream. I just wanted to take a moment to say that that was probably the best hot cup of coffee that I’ve ever had from Dunkin’ Donuts. To top it off, the young lady who distributed the order to me was quick, pleasant, and polite. Often times, people post negative feedback when they have a negative experience. Why not take a moment to provide positive feedback where it is merited? Thank you, young lady for that amazing hot cup of coffee!

It’s honestly crazy to me how disrespectful a new store can be. I woke up early for an appointment and came to Dublin just like anyone else in the morning and I ordered a drink and snackin bacon and received my food cold. I worked here so I know it’s not supposed to be cold!!!! And when I went back I didn’t receive an apology and they gave it back to me looking like this. This is actually disgusting and very disappointing with it being my first time here! What a shame get your stuff together your employers aren’t any better than you customers.

I don’t know who her name was but the lady who was on to go at 10:00 on Tuesday the 4th of November was absolutely amazing she was such a sweetie she was very polite she was cooked at my drink and she had the biggest smile on her face I ordered a iced brown sugar bacon latte and it was delicious Thank you so much for being so sweet and making my day I’ll be coming back to see you soon 🙂

Definitely the worst Dunkin in broome county. Was there about 1:30pm Wednesday august 27 2025. Pulled up to the drive thru, the woman that was answering the drive thru was incredibly rude and kept asking repeatedly what we wanted- with no time even to answer. We were looking at the menu and not even given an opportunity. After 5-6 times of this person asking in quick succession we had decided what we would order and asked her if she wanted to take our order. We asked her again if she was ready and she told us if we wanted to act that way and be rude to never come back, so guess what, we are never coming back I will happily go buy $20+ worth of coffee and sandwiches elsewhere, no problem because we will never be back to this location ever again. Will not ever recommend to anyone either. Nice way for your employees to drive customers away.

I ordered an egg and bacon bagel and got only cheese and bacon. The rating should be less than zero here. Thanks a lot! $6! for a nasty slice of yellow cheese and not even a full slice of bacon. Straight up waste of money! Never going here again. No wonder it wasn’t busy at lunch time. I hope it closes down.
