I’m at this location daily. Up until today ive never had a problem. Today I order my usual, how’s everyone doing, get to the window, and a young gentleman hands me my coffee. I get my change back and I end the conversation like I always do. “Thanks bud, have a good day”. Just as im about to leave, i hear in a very snarky voice “ugh, I’m not your buddyyyyy”. You could at least wait for me to leave to be rude.

This is the best and most consistent Dunkin in town. But honestly, what makes it extra great is Kyle. He has the perfect personality for customer service. He radiates positivity and always has a smile on his face. He is so friendly and charming and his passion for making people happy isn’t something someone could fake.
