Went through the drive-through my drink was completely watered down by the time I got it. It was supposed to have eight shots of mocha it did not. It tastes like spoiled milk, and it wasn’t even completely filled( I tend to get this drink a lot and it’s normally pretty good). Tried calling the store multiple times they did not answer.

You can never go wrong stopping at the Dunkin’! This one in Watertown seemed new. I was just going through Watertown and stopped for the bathroom and refueling my hunger. Easy to get to and who doesn’t love placing your order ahead of time on the DD app and picking up quickly. But if the drive through is your thing, they got you covered. Give this DDunkin’ a try this weekend. You won’t regret it!

We wait for our drinks for over an hour with the understanding that they were understaffed and after asking about our order the employee Stacy I believe commented that its not that big of a deal that we had been waiting over an hour for our drinks and that no one died. I hope their evening gets better but that was insane

In the early morning it’s not to bad in the later morning or afternoon it’s the worst service I’ve ever had. I’ve waited in line there more than one for 30 mins just to get my order when there was only 3 cars ahead of me and I only ordered a coffee. I’ve waited at the speaker to give my order for almost 10 minutes once. I went in today I thought it might be faster there were only 2 guys I could see and neither one even acknowledged me after standing there for 5 minutes. I’m going to start going across down.

I went this morning around 7:40 it was busy but the line moved quickly. I go regularly around this time and it is always good service! I’m not sure the name of the guy working the window but his attitude and service are always great! Will definitely keep coming back!

I go to this Dunkin regularly but lately I’ve noticed a ton of issues with my food and drink orders. Today I ordered avocado toast with bacon, a green goddess wrap, a donut, and a large iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot. My macchiato was very poorly made and had zero caramel in it. My avocado toast had no bacon and after checking my receipt I see I was charged anyway. The green goddess wrap was fine. I was home before I realized the error and to be honest the employees today seemed very disinterested and unenthusiastic so I would have probably avoided an awkward social interaction anyway.
Check your order before you drive off. This is not the first time this has happened at this location and the consistency of the things I do order is not there anymore. Drinks rarely taste like they’re made correctly anymore.
There is one employee that is so wonderful to deal with and I always get excited when they are working drive thru. The store atmosphere is wonderful, it’s in such a great location. There just needs to be a lot more retraining and double checking before giving people their orders.

Excellent service by all. My avocado toast was made perfectly and they helped answer my picky questions about drink ingredients. They helped me choose a delicious peach energy drink. Great location and each of the team members deserve a raise!
