Stopped in on my way to work grabbed a small ice coffee 3 Carmel 1 cream, snacking bacon and hasbrowns. The only good thing was the hashbrowns. The bacon was way undercooked looked like they took it out of the package put spices on it and sent it out without cooki g more. The coffee had maybe 1 Carmel in it. This happens almost every time I come there but I didn’t have time for them to fix things. I can go to oneida and know it will be right but wrong anytime I go here.

I don’t understand how you think this is acceptable. I HATE this store! Grabbed a bagel cause it was convenient on my way to work. To find this charred brick in the bag with no time to go back and complain. Last week I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes only to find out their oven was broken. TERRIBLE customer service. Too bad they will stay in business making someone rich while they take hardworking peoples money with no regard for what they are serving.

This is absolutely the worst Dunkin around. I used to go there everyday but the coffee tasted awful so I had to start going to Clinton. Not to mention that I asked for Splenda every time and they repeatedly give me sugar because they are too lazy to open the splenda packs. Then they had the nerve to try to lie and say it was not sugar. I am diabetic it is no laughing matter to me when I ask them to replace it they gave me a new cup of coffee without sugar but it also did not have the splenda that I asked for. Just don’t go here if you want good coffee.

Don’t order ahead on the app, they can’t refund your money if they don’t have it or their coolata machine is down! I tried to get ahold of corporate to fix it and they wouldn’t help either – Starbucks is better anyways!

Why is my order never ready?! People here are rude and super inefficient!! I tried to save time by mobile ordering on my way to Albany and my iced tea wasn’t ready! Surprised it wasn’t it took her under 2 mins. to make! I also saw a nice couple patiently waiting for Dunkin’ to complete their mobile order too!

I would give it NO stars if it were possible. I went through the drive thru. They were very rude. They didn’t give me my receipt and they screwed up my whole order. I called and the person I talked to asked me if I could come back. I told her I couldn’t come back at that time. That is why I was calling. So she offered to write my name down so I can come back when I have time. I came back today. The lady was VERY rude and unprofessional. She told me they don’t do that and without a receipt there is nothing she can do. She made me feel as if I was crazy. I would NOT recommend going to this Dunkin! This is NOT the only time I’ve had issues at this location.
