So are you do DoorDash, while dashing I had an order that had a frozen coffee in it and Mary at the front desk send actually yelling at me because they can’t make frozens explain to her that I didn’t make you want to know wasn’t my fault and that was unnecessary and seem to contact the customer and ask what she would want instead of the frozen while I was waiting. After 2 minutes I was told to get a latte so i relayed the message. I sat there for 20 minutes while she purposely avoided me knowing exactly who and what I was waiting for

Went through drive-thru. No pleasant customer service. No sweeteners put in coffee. My daughters coffee had none of her flavor shots. My wifes had only one of her flavors. WTAF…ya’ll can do alot better. Take pride in your work and put your best foot forward.

I enjoyed my trip to Dunkin Donuts, with a friendly staff and good selection I’d certainly say go. The biggest drawback that seems to have affected all fast food places (including Dunkin) is price. It’s not much of a stretch to say you could spend $20 and only order two things off the menu. Their donuts are worth the small increase and the coffee is good (though I’m not a regular coffee drinker!). If you have the means to spend a little money then go ahead and do it, but if you’re a bit more cautious about spending, just get one item and try to save up for a bigger purchase in the future. The staff is friendly and will wait till you’ve got your order ready for them. The atmosphere is a bit boring on certain days as it seems drive through is a more popular option rather than dining in. With all that in mind, try Dunkin for yourself and enjoy a doughnut for the day.

Why does the nasty attitude thrown around at plaza get tolerated…I’ve seen hr delete reviews for west and plaza to hide how bad your management is in these 2 stores…long waits incorrect orders and I’m unsure why your assistant is continuously nasty but a teaching moment may be a good idea… none of us want to be awake at 7 am but handing my debit card to miserable petty middle aged women is getting old

Morning crews here are great but the crews on the afternoon are terrible. Morning crews always get order right and the afternoon crew either can’t take and order or get it wrong just about every time. I stopped going in the afternoon and figured I would stop by again and it hasn’t changed. They had the radio about as loud as it could be and I gave her my order 3 or 4 times and mentioned twice Maybe you could hear me if you turned the music down and all she did was chuckle like I was joking. She ended up getting my order wrong and then tried to tell me she didn’t when I came back in so I just left the order with no refund or an order. I would give 5 stars for the morning but can’t because of the afternoon crew.

Lobby said closed till noon….. Came at 12:30. Not open. Went through drive through. Missing an order of hash browns. Lobby closed and long lines so I didn’t bother going back through. Employee said short staffed so lobby closed ♀️ not sure what different that makes. But we needed a restroom. Over all dissatisfied
