What is happening ? Waited over 20 min for drive through. No one is in side. People getting orders before me after they ordered after me. And don’t take down license plates , write down the car . Or just have us wait in the drive through. Why are you making us all park in the parking lot to wait 30 min for food when I could’ve walked in and got it right away. There’s 5 of you ? For what? What a waste of time .on top of that I ordered the sirloin steak and basically got mushrooms, not even the good kind.

usually good location to go for me but depends on who put the food in the bowl for you. I’m getting this bowl at drive-through and when i opened it, 90% of chow main is cabbage like come on now. Happened too many time, can we stop doing this.

Absolutely fantastic. I don’t say that very often, but this panda is ran very well. Very impressed with the staff. Each and every one of them were very professional. The business was very clean. Everything about my experience was great. This is a good place to eat. Thank you so much everybody Kevin was absolutely awesome. Asked us how everything was made. Sure, we were happy. Wow! It’s nice to see young people that actually care

Only my 2nd time eating here, 1st time wasn’t impressed at all, don’t remember what it was that I ordered that 1st time as it was some years ago, but i rememberit was too salty for my tastes. Today I went there for lunch, had shrimp dish chow mein bowl, wasn’t bad at all. Price was reasonable with a decent sized portion. I’d say I will try this place in the future.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Panda Express. I waited over 40 minutes for my food, and when it finally arrived, it turned out they gave me the wrong order. I ordered rice with vegetables, but they gave me spaghetti instead. When I politely asked them to fix it, the employee refused and said there was “nothing they could do.”
On top of that, the staff member was rude and disrespectful, not even offering an apology. The whole place felt unorganized. the workers were arguing behind the counter, and nobody seemed to care about the customers. The food I did get was cold and tasteless.
It honestly felt like they don’t care about their customers at all. I left very disappointed and upset.
I’ll never come back to Panda Express, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s a total waste of time and money.

Im seeing more attention towards the drive through and walk in customers being ignored. Watched the employee not even acknowledge us as she was attending to the drive through customers. She had left a brand new employee to deal with a line of customers while she loked at the other emplyee wondering what to do. This all happened while a manager came and swopped up food in front of all of us waiting and sat down in the dining area and ate her lunch. Absolutely no support for the new girl and no concern for the customers waiting. No even a hello, we’ll be right with you. I come her for lunch on my break and each time ots the same thing. I know for a fact that this company stands by their quality and this is rare for them. Please check on this store and be wise to who you place in a management role. Thanks for the opportunity to help you as a company see qhat we see. Oh one last thing, please lower the volume of the music. Its not a club and we’d like to chat with each other or relax a bit while on lunch.

What is happening to this panda express?? I’ve been coming here for years but my last two visits have been horrible. One of those visits I had to wait in the drive thru line for more than 45 minutes and no one ever took my order or anything. Today I passed through the drive thru once again after I had ordered I realized that I forgot to order my soda so I asked the lady at the window if she could just add one soda which she then said no in a very rude tone. The new staff needs to be better trained at least the one at the window she needs to be more courteous.

Just had a bad experience at this location thanks to the lady at in the drive through yahilin v. She was rude and slammed my food on the counter and purposely made me wait because I asked for an 8 cent bag that I had purchased. She even called my girlfriend an ignorant term just because we asked why didnt we get the bag. We asked for a manger and she gave us the name Pedro and said he was busy cooking but the whole experience was horrible.

I went through the drive thru and was greeted by a recorded voice. Then a different voice greeted me and asked me if I could wait for a sec. Which is fine. Then a different voice took my order.
At the window an employee told me they were changing registers for a shift change.
I used my Panda Express app to get an Egg roll for free! Totally cool. The lady took my phone to scan it. Which is awkward compared to starbucks where they just reach out with a scanner and scan your phone while you hold it. Panda Express should set up that system of rewards usage in the drive thru.
One thing about my visit that was unique was the nice lady who took my payment method tried to hand me my Beef&Broccoli bowl with an egg-roll, fortune cookie and silverware sitting on top of it. I thought it was odd and didn’t want the bagged egg roll to fall off so I asked her to put it in a bag and then hand it to me.
Never in my life have I gone through a drive thru and an employee tried to hand me my food without a bag. I guess starbucks does. But most of the time your food is bagged even if you order french fries only. It’s still in a bag.
I’m not upset though, still gave them 4 stars. Just surprised by the lack of bag…lol

I haven’t had a bad experience at this store until today. Placed an online order for my husband and FIL. Went to pick it up and the time it said to, wasn’t ready. No problem. Asked when it would be ready and, I believe it was the manager of the location who got super rude told me she doesn’t have my order and walked away refusing to even talk. I then went through regular line and one of the girls was very helpful and able to get my food. The manager then proceeded to hold my food behind the counter, took her sweet time bagging it and then got major attitude and asked for the # on the order( it’s not what she asked it’s how she asked it). I witnessed her ignore several other customers whose orders were messed up and refused to help which in turn got the customers upset
