This Dunkin is absolutely horrible. Ordered here multiple times and every single time my order is WRONG. Workers don’t know how to take an order or make a basic coffee. Tried calling to speak to manager and the stores phone number isn’t even in service. I’m convinced they hire anybody, considering multiple different workers have gotten my orders wrong. But who cares right? It’s not like anyone can call and complain!

I dont know if it’s terrible training or just a lack of caring but if you order delivery, pick up , or just walk in this place can never get an order right. Rude staff that get angry when you explain and show them the error just an all around unpleasant 9 out of 10 times. Save ypur self the stress and go to or order from the other dunk n on WFP better service and food prep.

This store needs to get it together. Everytime I go (whether drive-thru, delivery or in-store) I have a negative experience. Once they burnt my stuffed croissant. Another time the bagel I ordered was rubbery. Another time the ice coffee was disgusting. I swear they didnt put the coffee milk. This time I went in on 12/21/25 around 11:45am for 3 gift cards. The entire staff was very standoffish. They stared at me and my spouse up and down. No one greeted or said “we’ll be with you in a minute.” We stood there for a bit while they continued to pick up one mobile order after another and begin working on THAT order. When they finally decided to acknowledge us, the guy was very aloof. Almost like our presence was bothering him. He did not seem to want to tend to us. Also, fix your survey code. I couldn’t fill out the survey because the code(s) come back as “invalid.”

I often visit this location for its convenient location. Recently the service is just getting worse and worse today my wife ordered two drinks one peppermint coffee for me and Mocha for her. I got Gingerbread cookie something and what she got… gingerbread mocha mix. when I went to pick up a woman is sitting at the drive thru doing her nails and no-one at the counter. I consistently get orders wrong from here.

Honestly I’d rate this place a negative zero if I could. I could understand if there was just 1 person messing up orders but for some reason anyone that prepares my order always seems to make it wrong. I’ve never had any issues with any other Dunkin. If your lactose intolerant do spend your money here they give me whole milk every single time that I ask for oatmilk. 0/10 Do not recommend.

unfortunately the donuts we wanted were out of stock AGAIN, seems to keep happening. So I asked for powdered, chocolate, jelly and glazed munchkins, was given no powdered…in my experience coming here the younger staff has an attitude, rushes you and can care less. however the one man whose been there for a long time is very nice and I never have any issues when he helps me.

This place it’s convenient however, it’s extremely dirty all the time. I go there every week and you see the garbage pails overflowing and the floors and the parking lot full of empty bottles, garbage, cups, bags, etc. not sure who the manager is but they need to clean this place up

Every single time I go to this location, my drink is made wrong. Nobody is measuring it’s obviously that they just pour and make whatever they please and it shows!
Today’s drink was going to be an Americano, but somehow it’s just a water cup with cream!
It’s a waste of my time and money and sadly this is the last time I will be coming to this location.

Sign said they close at nine doors are locked at 8:30. Can’t get anything at the drive-through. What’s the point of staying open until nine if you’re gonna close a half hour early all the time.
