There’s a handful of new workers I’ve been seeing here and they are all incredibly rude. Either I can’t hear them because they’re whispering or the orders are made wrong and when asked the staff are rude about it. The manager has always been incredibly kind and professional but the staff has NEVER been professional

I’ve been coming to the Duncan for years and never had a problem. The manager in the evening time is an actual angel, and I love him dearly, he’s so kind always remembers my face in my order. However, I’ve been coming early in the mornings and it’s just ridiculous. I’m not talking ridiculous because it’s busy, I’m talking ridiculous because The people there seem rude. No matter how much I smile or say good morning. The workers just seem rude, honestly, and to top it off on multiple occasions, I’ve ordered food that has sat on the side, not in the mobile order pick up and I’ve waited for over 10 minutes before finally asking where it is for them to hand me cold food. It takes a lot to get me to write a review but honestly it’s 7:40 in the morning and I’m pissed off. If this wasn’t my only Dunkin on the way to work I’d no longer go here

I try to order a powdered donut before work on the weekends from dunkin with my breakfast and the past few weekends I’ve been denied a powdered donut because apparently they don’t have them before 6AM? What does the time have to do with it when y’all open at 5AM. My most recent time I was denied the guy who was helping me told me that he woke up late this morning and so the powdered donuts were not done. Where is the professionalism?

A second person to work register would be helpful. Customers waiting behind large orders, cannot order and pay.

It’s what you expect from any location. Generally pretty good, although employees don’t seem very friendly. Bad service is my pet peeve. If it’s too hard to smile, and handle customers with a friendly attitude, then you might as well have a robot doing the work sooner than later.

Ordered a coffee with caramel and espresso they never put either in the coffee just served a black cup of coffee also ordered snackin bacon the lady took a container with bacon sitting on the counter dumped it in a bag and handed it to me old cold bacon with solidified grease all over it refused to make fresh bacon 12$ wasted I will never return to this location worst service I’ve ever received at Dunkin no customers or orders so there was no need to rush and not make the proper effort to fulfill the order accurately

I come here pretty often, and most of the time they’re fine, but there have been a few times where they got something on my order wrong, and once they got my whole order wrong. What keeps me coming is the owner, who is really helpful and charismatic. Really funny to watch.

Girl with nose rings in farmingville store consistantly gets orders wrong . 5x ask for light coffee everything bagel get plain bagel other in store no issue.

7 out of 10 times they get our order wrong. My fiance and I stop almost everyday before work, picking up for other staff as well. By the time you figure out they got the order wrong it’s too late and you’ve already wasted too much time. Never mind what the ticket says. The majority of our orders are clearly not what’s on the ticket they slapped on the cup ♀️.
