I eat at B-Dubs often. This was my first time here. I recently moved so this is the closest to my house now. The store is clean looking and the staff very nice. They were not busy at all for a Saturday evening. I ordered boneless wings and ultimate nachos. My husband got a brisket burger w fries. My nachos were delicious. The chicken was hard as a rock. I choked trying to eat one. My husband’s burger didn’t come out till 15 mins after mine. His was delicious. I complained to the waitress. She looked and immediately recognized the food was terrible. The manager took it to the kitchen and the time it came out my husband was done eating. So not a great first visit. The waitress was in training and I didn’t blame her. The more seasoned waitress recognized the bad chicken and they were both great. I am not sure I will go back.

I enjoyed my visit. Trinity was great & very hospitable. The Jaguars were playing & the crowd was alive! My food was timely & tasted well. My only issue was the fact of being misinformed of seating, until asked for an explanation. At the end, I overall had a good time.

Stopped in for the first time Saturday night. Great place to watch any game. Over 50 TVs! Service was excellent!! Manager even stopped by our table to see if everything was good. At least 30 beers on tap. Food was fresh and good. Great place to hang and have a beer with friends.

Great food, excellent and attentive service. Unlike many Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to in Va, WV, and NC, this one seems to put the customer first and care about what they do. The store manager here must be applauded. Have been here several times since moving back to Jax area in Aug 2022 and each time has been exceptional food and service. They are always willing to make sure you are satisfied and that you get your club rewards added to your account. One of the best burgers you can get.

Went with a church group. We had over 20 people in our group and the entire group was served in less than 10 minutes. I’ve never been anywhere with such prompt service. We all enjoyed the food and fellowship.

Honestly, it was a great dining experience. I enjoyed everything the last time I went, but I wanted hot wings and unfortunately didn’t get that with the old carolina Reaper wings. The new Blazin flavor, though, changes that and is genuinely spicy. It’s definitely worth the trip to Orange Park

My family and I (family of 7) went out to eat Saturday night.. the place was busy inside so we decided to eat on the patio ( which had only a couple tables that were full)..we were seated, the male server came to the table and we placed our whole entire order… It took 20 minutes to get our drinks from the bar… When the server brought what we thought were our drinks- they were actually someone else order..so we waited another 5 minutes for ours. While we waited for our food the server just walked around watching a UFC fight on the TV… He went from table to table talking to everyone about the fight… He wasn’t there to work that night, he was there for the TV… Our food arrived An hour after we were seated… My buffalo ranch wrap was cold and missing the ranch sauce. My family two sampler apps were cold , the sour cream on the nachos looked like it was sitting for days.. it wasn’t even shiny and the sauce on the wings was dry.. you could tell that the order was sitting under the heat lamp for a while… We were never offered refills on any of our drinks… We never received silverware, napkins or extra plates for the apps…
