This location is short staffed and constantly out of donuts. I will say that their morning staff is typically pleasant and willing to accommodate. I’ve ordered off the app multiple times and had items be out of stock, but the morning crew is good about getting you an alternative option and apologizing. However, their staff that works later in the day is awful. They’re rude and always slow. But I’m not too sure I blame them. I think their is a poor management issue as they are frequently out of donuts and seem short staffed. I get it later in the day, but I’ve gone there various times between 3pm-7pm and been told they’re either out or have a pitiful selection. Additionally, the donuts are frequently stale. I’d rather go to the Patchogue location or venture into the one in BJs (even if they have less variety, they’re usually well stocked and nice). Such a shame as it’s a drive through and a great location. Management/owner needs to step it up!

One of the absent worst Dunkin’ Donuts in Long Island they are totally short staffed!!! The staff is breaking themselves to keep up they are kind but nowhere near enough employees I waited 25 minutes!!!!! Three times my son was late to school behind it! I rather travel to a further place and get faster service and cut my time in half

SLOWEST DUNKIN EVER During the day but Unbelievable went inside because the line was super long , also I waited in line for about 10 mins until my order was taken and I had to wait another 8 mins for them to make my drink they are so concerned about the drive-through then the people inside and the Dunkin’ worker gave me the wrong drink and then had a attitude when I told her it was the wrong drink. Rather come here at night than during the day the night staff is better.

SLOW, SLOW, SLOW..This location is apparently extremely understaffed. 2X now my toasts were burnt and 6 cars deep at the drive thru. Please hire more people, especially during the AM rush. They try.

The employees were very rude the older spanish lady was extremely ignorant refused to serve the rest of our order after the one younger cashier messed up so she got annoyed every thing was seperate transactions the taller stocky employee chooses to laugh at the customers and tell us no we cant serve anymore you have to do any other transactions at another dunkin the older Spanish lady said i dont care how many you need to buy i will not serve you any more things. And i dont care i said your extremely ignorant to your customers i said Tanya would not appreciate her business being run this way and i told her im putting a bad review and im contacting tanya and corporate because its inappropriate to act this way and treat customers this way weve been coming there since the day you opened and get treated like this not acceptable and for making seperate transactions for multiple people to tell me its to much and to many then refused to finsih the orders and transactions

Extremely unprofessional environment. The alleged human resource manager Tanya hired both my son and nephew then after he completed 2 days of training they told us there’s no management to train him that weekend and she would be in touch. She never reached out nor did she respond to messages left for her. My son never received compensation for the 2 days of training he put in. Disgraceful to do that to kids.
