Every time I order a wake up wrap from this location it’s either wrong or cold. Today they were both cold and wrong type of bacon ( which was barely one piece of bacon , all cheese and egg ) , bit into it and the tortilla was barley warm, but everything else was cold inside

The donuts and munchkins are old and stale. Ordered a few times and it has consistantly been the case. I will start going down the road, too bad because I like the convience of the drive thru but they seem to not have it together. Today was the banana drop and they stated they did not have the banana cold foam but the smaller Dunkin down the road did and it was delicious. I will not return to this Dunkin.

The donuts and munchkins always seem to be stale. The wait time and the drive thru is usually backed up. The service is pleasant. Inside could use a little TLC. The sun is blinding when you sit in the chairs inside. Parking is terrible.

Ever since they took that other girl off of drive thru and put this new one there she does nothing but make mistakes. I place mobile orders and I tell her that at the speaker and she still manages to mess it up when I get to the window. I also ordered a sausage english muffin and got 3 sausage wraps. Come on, put someone else there please

Says there open Saturdays at 5am. I get there at 6:40am. Doors are locked. The workers see me but just ignored me. Why advertise your open at 5am and not unlock your doors(even an hour after!)? The drive thru was open but I’m in a van that’s too high to go under. Shame.

This location is short staffed and constantly out of donuts. I will say that their morning staff is typically pleasant and willing to accommodate. I’ve ordered off the app multiple times and had items be out of stock, but the morning crew is good about getting you an alternative option and apologizing. However, their staff that works later in the day is awful. They’re rude and always slow. But I’m not too sure I blame them. I think their is a poor management issue as they are frequently out of donuts and seem short staffed. I get it later in the day, but I’ve gone there various times between 3pm-7pm and been told they’re either out or have a pitiful selection. Additionally, the donuts are frequently stale. I’d rather go to the Patchogue location or venture into the one in BJs (even if they have less variety, they’re usually well stocked and nice). Such a shame as it’s a drive through and a great location. Management/owner needs to step it up!

If you do an online order, prepare to wait a while. Drinks were done before I got there and waited 15 min for them to grab 3 donuts.
