They must’ve changed ownership within the last couple months/year because every time I order my on the go coffee there’s always soo much milk in it, when I purposely order it with “one milk” because I’m lactose intolerant. It’s very annoying to constantly having to go back to them and interrupt them and ask them to fix my coffee every single time. Some days I’m in such a rush for work and I don’t bother to look or taste of coffee be4 hand & run out and it ends up being a literally a cup filled with milk and I end up just throwing it out and going to another Dunkin’ Donuts that will actually make my coffee right,it’s a waste of my money honestly. I lived in this area for over 20 years And haven’t had this issue since this year. Maybe it’s all the brand new employees I don’t know how to make the coffee is correct I’m not quite sure. But it’s pretty annoying… The other people that used to work there knew my name by all the orders I put in daily and would make sure that there was one milk in my coffee…apparently these new people really don’t care.

This is the hundredth time i was sent a uber package from this Dunkin and they forgot my doughnuts, and a straw, and my sandwich isn’t even cooked just thrown in the bag. It’s really unfair that im spending so much money and 9 times out of 10 something is missing. Even when i go in person it’s the same issue clearly the workers aren’t capable of running a business. This place needs new management asap!

Dont order from this location from Uber Eats.
Items are consistently missing from every order and when you’re trying to contact the location they do not answer the phone.
Uber eats will limit the amount of refund they will give you because the location has so many issues.

This Dunkin has definitely improved over the years. The staff is much nicer, it’s cleaner & my tea/coffee orders are perfectly delicious. I have to give extra stars in my review to an employee named Sym (I apologize if I spelt her name wrong). She is very nice, welcoming & knows when I place my mobile order exactly what i take on the side to make my tea/coffee perfect.
