I go here often, and the service is decent. The actual food is typical Dunkin food, so it would normally be 5 starts, but the service here is remarkably slow.

Coffee and donuts are good but the place is never swept anytime I go in. Garbage all over the floor. Also, the coffee seems to leak from the paper cups but they didn’t have any problem giving a refund.

Don’t really like to leave negative reviews, but I was the only customer in the store and was waiting to be served for about 5-7 minutes. Ordered a poppy seed bagel with cream cheese. The picture tells the rest of the story. The bagel was completely plain, but appeared to have some kind of grease drizzled on it. There was not even a single microscopic atom of cream cheese to be found. I really wouldn’t have cared its, just how you get your order drive home and realize that is was wrong is pretty annoying. From now on, I shall be dining at finer establishments, such as 711. My faith in Dunkin”s bagels has been ruptured.

They never have mobile orders ready. Under staffed and dirty. They never make my drink right. They don’t have a lot in stock often. The place is always mobbed with like over 20 high schoolers. Mobile orders are never ready. Everytime I pick up an order the woman packs it super slow like a sloth, acting like we have nothing better to do. I waited 10 mins just for her to close a bag and grab things like a straw. Ridiculous! I will never come to this dunkin again!
