Food was burnt. Several loose hairs in bag. The staff does not wear hair nets. And one item was even wrong. Staff was not aware of items on menu. I hate to say it but this is a bad experience the staff needs retraining.

The manager is extremely rude person and won’t try to work with customers and just shuts them down. I have made several requests that other locations will gladly make for me, and this manager just tells me off and said take it as or or we’ll take it away. All I asked was a croissant be toasted. He’s the biggest jerk I’ve ever met. I used to love this location but I will never go back here.
