Stopped in for lunch today and wish we had gone sooner! Quiet at lunchtime, so atmosphere was nice and not hurried. We had a waitress who was in training and she was lovely, so I am sure a positive addition to their servers. My hubby and I shared a nacho appetizer and split a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. They even split our sandwich in the kitchen! Also saw a burger another guest had ordered and will be hard pressed to decide to repeat my order from today or get a burger, it looked wonderful. Amazing food. Will go again and soon!

I went to lunch the other day ordered a burger and fries. The burger was good, but the fries were so greasy I didn’t eat them. I notified the waitress about them and she brought me new ones. Unfortunately just as greasy. The waitress we had was really nice and efficient.

We enjoyed our visit here. The food was excellent. I would absolutely recommend the bourbon honey glazed Brussels sprouts. So yum. The wings were devoured by my oldest – who likes them as hot as is offered. And my youngest rather enjoyed his 1,560th version of chicken fingers . I loved that they were actually decent size and decent helping. Not pitiful. But big old’ fingers and about 6 or so of them. (He REALLY enjoys chicken fingers). Admittedly I was hoping for an atmosphere that felt like this had once been a post office. And while that wasn’t the case, I still think some of the design aesthetics present were fantastic. The sepia tone wall size old photos. The garage style door at the rear. Oh, and we didn’t have to wait long on our food either – always a bonus. The desserts were not to be passed up my my crew: brownie skillet and then butter toffee cake – what?!?!?? I did not partake, but based on the fellas reactions – they were pretty darn good. Overall a pleasant experience.

First off, I almost always take photos before eating but it looked so good I started to eat and went “wait I need to take a picture” my first experience was a wonderful one. We started with the buffalo Mac n cheese and the pizza logs. Let me say the buffalo Mac n cheese is amazing. The portion size, with the delectable cheese sauce. Topped with a nice crispy chicken tossed is buffalo sauce. Then I orders the pulled pork sandwhich with sweet potato fries and a side of cornbread. My boyfriend got the turkey club. He loved his food, and so did I. The cornbread was probably the best I ever had, with a soft center but a nice crispy outside almost crust like (I actually used a little bit of the cinnamon butter from my fries on it and *chefs kiss*). Also the best sweet potato fries I have ever had. I was so full by then i didn’t even touch my sandwhich. I ate it later at home and my leftovers were still great. The pork tasted like it had been smoked, which was impressive. Overall will go back, and I will recommend to everyone.

I decided to give this place a try when I was in the area about a week ago.

I ordered the chicken wings. While they were large, meaty and somewhat crispy, they had a pretty gross flavor. It tasted like they were turning. They were also not cooked long enough. Though they were not cold in the center, there was still pink in the center and the meat was tough. I usually criticize bars for serving those little, fatty frozen wings. But I would have gladly eaten those instead of the wings that I was served here.

The fries were good if that’s any consolation.

Everything else about this place I found to be positive. The service was efficient, and the atmosphere was pretty cool. There were old memorable pictures of the city on the wall. It kind of gave you a feel of the town’s history.

Overall, everything was a positive experience except for the wings.

It was ok — good, but not great.

The outdoor seating area was really nice. It’s covered, plenty of space, and the music they were playing was at a great volume for still having conversation.

The food was a mixed bag. I read in another review that the pretzel bites were good, so we gave those a try as an appetizer — not a huge plate, but very good!! There were 3 of us eating together, and we each order something different to try. The veggie flatbread pizza was on point! My ziti primavera was good, but nothing I’d be dreaming about at night. The Jack Daniels BBQ chicken was really dry, and the rice that it was served with seemed hard, possibly a bit undercooked. The pasta and chicken both came with salads, which were made with a nice blend of actual greens (not cheapo iceberg lettuce), so that was a plus. The waitress was fine with bringing us more dressing, because the amount that comes out with the salad is just pitiful. Prices seemed pretty reasonable for this type of restaurant.

I saw a couple negative reviews about the service. We didn’t have any problems with getting our correct food, and getting it quickly, but we were also there at an off time (a Thursday around 2:45), so that may have helped.

In short: I would eat there again, but I’m also not in any rush to go back.

One of my go-to places for a great lunch. Friendly staff, good food and reasonable prices. Try the Postage Wrap – always delicious.

Met some friends here for dinner and drinks and had a great time. Food was very good. The french fries are awesome and the drinks are strong! It’s a great place to get dinner and pregame before the casino! We sat on the patio and the two burners out there provided fair amount of heat to keep us comfortable. The steakhouse salad was very good and the bowl was big enough to chop it up without it going everywhere. The burger was juicy and the homemade chips very crispy with a great homemade French Onion dip!
