I come here maybe once in 2 months, but do spend an hour or more each time. Usually order coffee and sometimes breakfast. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Floors and seats are dirty today at time of writing. None of the employees have face covering nor gloves. Many are touching their face /nose/ears while serving food and beverages (a big no no!). Overall, functional, but would look to improve employee training on hygiene

Sometimes they are slow, sometimes the person receiving the order is in a bad mood or has an attitude. I’ve seen a girl talking with a very nasty attitude to her coworkers while I am at the drive thru window waiting for my order. I wouldn’t be surprised if she is the same person that picks up the orders. Overall, there has never been anything wrong with my order. That is why I keep coming back and the Male cashiers are very polite. I haven’t have a female cashier though.

The staff here is terrible they do not care about there jobs or doing anything correctly. Ive come here numerous times and give simple orders and they are still messed up. Today was the last time i will ever come back to that store i ordered a cold brew with oatmilk due to me having a lactose allergey and they gave me a iced coffee filled with regular milk and a little bit of coffee and also managed to snatch the debit card out of wifes hand and pretty mu h throw it back at her with no receipt. Just keep driving past this place dont waste your time or money.
