It’s the slowest location out of all of them in the surrounding areas. When you actually go into the store they’re flooded with online orders and will pay more attention and take care of the online orders before they even look at you. I went there the other day and stood on a line of about five people for a good 20 minutes or so while they got an abundance of online orders printing through their machine. People started walking out because they refused to acknowledge anyone standing on the line before they finished those tickets that came in after some of us were already waiting in line for quite a few minutes. I stood and waited in line that time but I’ll never wait there again. It was rude and inconsiderate. Darn good coffee though.

This is the Dunkin I always go to. I probably come to this Dunkin at least once a week and it’s my favorite. Staff are so polite and quickly make the drink you order even when you’re still paying! Very clean

Good location on the main road with parking and a moderate amount of seating. Service was very quick. I ordered with the app, when I walked in and they handed me my drink within a couple of minutes. Friendly easy going staff.

Paying almost $6 for 3 donuts and getting them all in one bag mixed up to each other is not good customer service. I would not even pack donuts like this even if I give them free… The only good thing about this place is the location…

pretty bad service, the workers r pretty rude as well. Also I wouldn’t recommend mobile ordering later in the day because they run out of stuff, it will let u place the order but usually when I arrive they tell me that they don’t have what I ordered.

Its designed so you can’t sit and enjoy your purchase. Do not go during day. The sun will roast your eyes out like an ant burning under a magnifying glass. Only go after the sun goes down.

Nice staff but the bathroom is always out of order. I like to wash my hands before I eat. the bathroom thing stared with covid but this seems to be the only place still locking there bathrooms, sadly I have avoided this DD.
